Bei Verwendung von Eisen isk der sons~c geradlinige Verlauf der Interferenzstreifen stark gest6rt, bei Permalloy dagegen nicht. Der magnetische FIul3 ist also bei Permalloyschichten l~ngs des Fadens konstant, es treten keine Streufelder auf. --Bis zur halben Lgmge mit Permalloy bedampfte BiprismafS~den ermOglichen die quantitative f,)berprtifung der von EHRENB~RG und SIDAY und AHARONOV und BOHM angegebenen Beziehung ftir die phasenschiebende Wirkung des magnetischen Vektorpotentials auf Elektronenwellen. Der experimentell gefundene "Weft der tCluBeinheit yon ~Dz~=3,93. 10 -7 Gl3cm 2 begtS, tigt den yon der TheorJe daffir geforderten \,Vert h/e --4,13 9 t 0-7 G/3 cm ~ innerhaIb der Mel3genauigkeit.
Schnelle Elektronen, die dtinne ferromagnetische Schichten durchstrahlen, werden durch die Lorentz-Kraft aus der Prim~irrichtung abgelenkt. An der Grenze zweier antiparallel magnetisierter Weil3scher Bezirke k6nnen derartige Umlenkungen zu Zweistrahlinterferenzen AnlaB geben, die auch mit einer geeigneten Anordnung experimentell nachgewiesen wurden. Die Intensit~it der Erscheinung in der Endbildebene des elektronenoptischen Strahlenganges ist bei gegebener Strahlspannung nut yon der magnetischen Ablenkung, der Breite des 12bergangsbereiches im t3i-prisma (Bloch-Wand) und der Streifenzahl abh~ingig. Das Auftreten der Zweistrahlinterferenzen beweist, dab das Vektorpotential im Sinne yon AHARONOV und ]3OHM 1 eine direkte physikalische Wirkung auf die Elektronen ausiibt.
