Es wird mit festem KHCO, versetzt, bis kein CO, mehr entweicht, und bei 0" stehengelassen: 0,97 g (69%) XXXVIII vom Smp. 106-110", ohne Depression mit dem nach b) gewonnenen Praparat. b) Aus dew Aminonitvzl I I I : I n eine Losung von 4.1 g Nitril 111, aus dem Hydrochlorid wie bei XXXVII beschrieben gewonnen, in 10 ml abs. Benzol und 2 ml Triathylamin leitet man 4 Tage bei Oo uber CaCl, getrocknetes H,S ein. Man filtriert und wascht rnit wenig Athanol: 3,33 g (60%) XXXVIII in dicken Plattchen, aus abs. Athanol Smp. 10&109° (korr.). C,H,,N2S Ber. C 45,42 H 9,15 N 21,19 S 24,21% Gef. C 45,94 H 9,24 N 21,04 S 24,82% DL-CC-A minoca~vonsaure-thioamid ( X X X I X ) . 2 g DL-a-Phtalimidocapronsaure-thioamid (XXXIII) werden unter Riihren in 20 ml 2~ NaOH gelost. Man filtriert, kuhlt auf 0" und versetzt vorsichtig bis zur kongosauren Reaktion rnit kalter 10-proz. HC1: 2,02 g (95%) DL-(X-(O-Carboxybenzamido)-capronsaure-thioamid ( X X X V I ) , Roh-Smp. 183-184' (korr.). C,,H,,O,N,S Ber. C 57,12 H 6.16 0 16,31 N 9.52% Gef. C 56,60 H 6.26 0 15,6 N 9,43y0 2 g XXXVI werden 10 Min. mit 20 ml 10-proz. HC1 unter Ruckfluss gekocht. Beim Stehen dcr Lasung uber Nacht bei 0" erhalt man 0,87 g Phtalsaure. Man en@ im Vakuum im Wasserbad auf ein, verdunnt rnit Wasser auf 10 ml, neutralisiert mit festem NaHCO, und lasst iiber Nacht bei 0' stehen: 0.38 g (38%) XXXIX, aus 50-prOz. Wthanol unter Zusatz von Tierkohle, Smp. 92-95' korr.
