die GroiRe gegeben sein, dann wird der Ausgang gesucht oder es werden Ein-und Ausgang gegeben, dann wird die GroI3e gesucht.Vom Programm I lauft dann die Rechnung zum Programm 111. Dort ist die Teilaufgabe programmiert, die optimale Kontaktschichtverteilung mit den zugehorigen Einfahrtemperaturen zu suchen. Programm 111 enthalt die dazu notwendigen Bedingungsgleichungen (16). Zunachst w ii-d dort die Einfahrtemperatur der 1. Scbicht geschatzt. Sodann geht es zum Teilabschnitt IV, wo einmal die Reaktionsgeschwindigkeit integriert und auch das Integral in G1. (16a) gebildet wird. Integriert wird so l m g e , bis die Bedingung (16a) fur i = 1 erfiillt ist. Die Rechnung kehrt dann nach 111 zuruck. Dort wird gefrdgt, ob bereits der letzte Abschnitt gerechnet worden ist. 1st das nicht der Fall, wird die Einfahrtemperatur der nkchsten Schicht gemaiR der Bedingung (16b) gerechnet und danach wieder das Integrationsprogramm IV angerufen. Dieser Vorgang wiederholt sich so lange, bis auch dei-i\'-te Abschnitt gerechnet wurde. Zu erfullen ist dann noch die Bedingung (16c). 1st diese Bedingung nicht erfullt, war die Wahl der Einfahrtemperatur der 1. Schicht falsch. Es wird eine neue Temperatur gewahlt, und die Rechnung lauft von hier in der gleichen Weise ab, wie sie eben geschildert wurde. 1st auch G1. (16c) erfullt, ist der 1. Teil der Aufgabe ge-l6st, die Rechnung kehrt zum Programm I zuruck.
Einen wesentlichen Fortschritt in dieser Fragestellung bedeutet die in jungster Zeit entwickelte Theorie der ,,optimalen" Temperaturfuhrung und der theoretischen ,,Optimalreaktoren"lP). Unter theoretischen Optimalreaktoren sind rechnerisch konstruierte Modellreaktoren zu verstehen, die unter alleiniger Berucksichtigung der kinetischen Aspekte optimal arbeiten. Die Kenntnis der theoretisch optimalen Temperaturfuhrung erleichtert die Aufgabe, das wirtschaftlichste Prinzip der Warmefuhrung aufzusuchen.In einigen kurzlich erschienenen Arbeiten wurde der Abschnittsreaktor mit indirekter Kuhlung theoretisch behandelt3:44, und es wurden fur einige technische Prozesse Optimalreaktoren b e r e~h n e t~,~, ' ) .In diesem Beitrag werden Abschnittsreaktoren mit direkter Zwischenkuhlung zur Durchfuhrung von exothermen, reversiblen Reaktionen betrachtet, und es werden Gleichungen fur die Berechnung von Optimalreaktoren bei Kombination verschiedener Kuhlprinzipien angegeben. Grundgleichungen und DefinitionenDie wichtigste GroRe bei der Berechnung von Reaktoren ist ein Ausdruck fur die B r u t t o r e a k t i o n sg e s c h w i n d i g k e i t (Makrokinetik Der ileaktionsablauf wird im wesentlichen durch die c h e m i s c h e K i n e t i k u n d E i n f l u s s e d e s S t o f f t r a n s p o r t e s in den Poren des Katalysatorkornes bestimmt. Es wird ein Programmsystem für die elektronische Rechenanlage IBM 7090 beschrieben, mit dessen Hilfe Reaktoren für Reaktionen von Gasen an festangeordneten Katalysatoren berechnet werden. Auf Grund von experimentellen Daten wird zunächst ein analytischer Ausdruck für die Reaktionsgeschwindigkeit aufgestellt. Die im Programm vorgesehene analytische Form ist dabei so gewählt, daß die meisten sich aus einer Vorstellung über den möglichen Reaktionsablauf ergebenden Näherungsgleichungen darin enthalten sind. Am Beispiel der Berechnung von Abschnittsreaktoren werden die Programmierung und der Rechengang aufgezeigt.
Aus Messungen an Versuchsanlagen wurde die Kinetik der Methanolsynthese für die Haupt‐ und die wichtigsten Seitenreaktionen ermittelt:Die Kinetiken wurden aus integralen Messungen der vier Hauptreaktionen erhalten. Die Geschwindigkeitsgleichungen wurden aus einer logarithmischen Adsorptionsisotherme abgeleitet. Die unbekannten Parameter wurden mit Hilfe der Gauss'schen Methode der kleinsten Quadrate berechnet.Aus den experimentellen Werten wurde ein mathematisches Modell entwickelt;es wurde zum Entwurf verschiedener Methanolreaktoren und Zirkulationssysteme verwendet. Die tatsächlichen Betriebsbedingungen stimmen gut mit den Vorausberechnungen überein.
