Case retrieval is the focal stage of Case-Based Reasoning systems whose quality is determined by the speed and accuracy of retrieva1. In this work, we aim at developing a better Case retrieval algorithm by using vector model and propose its new case retrieval Algorithm based on Structure Matrix, wich is derived to learn the kernel matrix for capturing the relations between the case structure units based on matrix iterative analysis. The experimental comparison of similarity shows that using of the structural information of the case, the accuracy of their experimental results has a general increase, when opposed to some of the existing similarity measure. The same learning algorithm based on matrix iteration method compared to other methods, have higher accuracy (5% to 8%), and required less training documents, the computational cost is smaller.
High-quality talents come from high-quality education and management, which largely depends on teacher quality. However, varieties of environmental forces are driving change in education, which impacts students' performance greatly. These challenges call for teacher quality management firmly on the agenda of all the school factors. Teacher quality in schools and institutions is one of the most important factors that influence student performance. This review paper aims to classify the connection between teacher quality management and student performance through three dimensions, namely classroom management, teacher qualification, and in-service training. In this literature review, the authors use past studies to certify the quality management and related theories that are used in vocational education. From this study, it reaches three conclusions: firstly, it can be concluded that school leaders can manage teacher quality through the supervision of classroom management, teacher qualification and in-service training. Then, it tries to highlight the significant relationship between teachers' classroom management. Finally, it focuses on enhancing teacher quality according to quality management criteria, it is a practical and effective strategy to cultivate qualified students. This research will help the leaders realize the importance of teacher quality management and strategies that improve teacher quality, thus impacts on student performance.
Purpose: For learning environments like schools and colleges, predicting students' success is one of the most important issues since it aids in the creation of practical systems that, among other things, promote academic achievement and prevent dropout. Theoretical framework: A rigorous analysis and processing of this data might provide us with knowledge about the students' knowledge and how it relates to academic assignments. In this study, classroom management, teacher qualification and in-service training with the effect so mediating variable of teacher quality have been used to measure students’ performance. Design/methodology/approach: 364 respondents have been participated by using questionnaire are data collection methods and the data are analyses by using SMART-PLS. Findings: The findings of the study revealed that the classroom management on students’ performance in-service training, and teacher qualification have significant relationship with teacher quality. The strength and the relationships of the variables might be re-examined by future researchers, including adding more variables from strategic, organizational, and environmental dimensions to determine the accuracy of the model. Research, Practical & Social implications: This study contributes to the existing body of knowledge in understanding the school quality management as this is the first study with the set of such variables. In other words, this study attempts to increase the understanding of the relationship between school quality management strategies on students’ performance. Originality/value: Education authorities should encourage all teachers to develop themselves through regular participation in seminars and conferences organized in their field of expertise in order to update their knowledge and acquire relevant teaching skills to help them impart appropriate knowledge to their students. In addition, the education department should provide schools with basic teaching equipment to make the teaching and learning process easier in schools.
