The aim of this research is to analyze the factors influencing visit intention and destination image in post-Covid-19 crisis recovery. In post-crisis recovery, the factors influencing visit intention are physical, sociopsychological and financial factors. A total of 426 respondents were selected and analyzed using correlation and multiple regression analyses. The findings demonstrate that physical factors are the main factors that influence tourists' visit intention. Additionally, destination image significantly affects visit intention and significantly mediates the relationship between the factors and visit intention. All this inevitably affects the organizational structure of the tourist destination.
Safety and security are the most important issues to tourist while traveling and the first aspect they consider is to be protected from hazards. Emergency planning and preparedness for a crisis are the most significant components of dealing with disasters. Hospitality practitioners noticed a rising number of natural and man-made crises that harm the hospitality industry, regarding its vulnerability to crisis and internal and external hazards. By using secondary data, this study aims to shed some light on this issue, contributing to knowledge and awareness on emergency preparedness for the hospitality industry. Moreover, the study aims to explain the management's commitment to adopt, develop, and update emergency plans. The results of this study explain that tourism as an international mobile industry must respond to internal and external hazards such as disease movement and terrorist attacks. Marketing safety is important to promote hotels and tourist destinations to the guests and holiday advisors. Hotels have a long history of being a soft target for terrorist attacks, as can be seen in several accidents that have shaken the hotel industry in the past few decades. Hotels invest a lot to install protective techniques, but terrorists are becoming more organized. Practitioners propose disaster management frameworks using several measurements. Recovery from crisis and learning help business retention that minimizes negative impacts and prevent losses. Finally, evaluation and feedback are very important to overcome the hazards and return to normal, as well as adopting new ideas to deal with emergencies. Single-and double-loop organizational learning should benefit proactive preparedness.
Turnover crisis reducing has been highlighted as a remarkable research theme in the hospitality industry. Regardless of the significant number of studies on employee turnover, it remains a vague issue and requires further research, It is well known that the service industry is highly dependent on the "human factor" which has become a major part of the hospitality product. The aim of this study is to give a clearer idea of enhancing employment factors to reduce the turnover crisis, Mobley`s model (1977) determined how job dissatisfaction can lead to job turnover. The results of this study will show that improving the work environment and increased wages, by analyzing the internal and external factors, could decrease the turnover crisis, An intention to stay within the hospitality organization amongst, unacceptable working conditions, poor training and low salaries could lead to higher employee turnover.
In industrialized countries, about 30% of the population may suffer from foodborne illnesses each year. Malaysia has proven to be a country that has very serious focus on food, but the people do not care much about their food safety. Food safety and hygiene is usually explained as the multiple conditions and ways to preserve food quality, so that foodborne diseases and contamination is prevented. University students face with high risk because of their unsafe behaviors in consuming food. There have been many studies accomplished on comprehension, behavior and implementation towards food safety among food handlers. The current research desires to determine the current knowledge, attitude and practice status among students in Management & Science University (MSU) on food safety. The study framework focuses on testing the relationship between knowledge, attitude and practices and whether or not attitude will be a mediating factor towards practices on food safety among university students in MSU. Using a quantitative and descriptive method, a structured questionnaire was distributed among 430 respondents. The result of the study was analyzed using regression test and indirect method. The result shows that the students had a good knowledge, attitude and practice status towards food safety and attitude was a partial mediating factor in the relationship between knowledge and practice.

The turnover crisis has been one of the major problems in the hospitality industry. Regardless of the considerable amount of studies on employee turnover, it is still ambiguous and requires further investigation because of its dependency on human resource in the hospitality industry as part of a service product. This paper provides a theoretical overview of Mobley's model on employees' retention or turnover. The primary purpose of this study is to explain that the applications of the Mobley model can either determine job dissatisfaction leading to job turnover or job satisfaction leading to job retention. This application is an attempt to reduce the effects of such a crisis in local hospitality industry; and findings from literature review indicate that deprived working conditions will lead to dissatisfied employees and they eventually quit employment. The practical implications of Mobley's model guide various organizations in the industry to mitigate the effects of employee turnover and increase employee retention.
