With the global temperatures continue to rise, the days of hot weather were increasing, people who works in high-temperature and high-humidity environment will be injured. The heat damage will affect the person's behavior ability, decrease the staff’s working ability and cause misoperation. Comprehensive analysis of the factors of all aspects is very important for the analysis of heat damage risk to human. The analytic hierarchy process (AHP) method is used to analyze the problem in five aspects which are the physiological and psychological characteristics, work factors, work characteristics, work environment. The scores and the total score are calculated. Five classes classification method is used to establish the system of the individual risk evaluation model of heat damage pathogenic. The corresponding improvement strategies are provided to ensure the worker safety.

To explore the effects of human mood state in extreme hot environment. The mood states of 20 healthy male volunteers were evaluated by self-assessment questionnaires, Profile of mood state (POMS) and state anxiety-inventory (S-AI), then random exposure to environmental chamber with temperature of 25°C,36°C,38°C,40°C and relative humidity of 40%,60%,80% for 1 hour. The negative mood state factor points (T,D,A,F,C) and S-AI points increased gradually as the temperature and relative humidity increased. While (V) points had a tendency to decrease, under the condition of high temperature, the relative humidity of the emotional impact is greater than the impact of high temperature on human emotions.
Compared with the water source heat pump system and the water air-conditioning system, and analyzed climatic characteristics and the status of water resources utilization in Zhejiang Province. The shallow surface water used for feasibility of summer air-conditioning cooling is analysis. As an example, testing water of a village in Zhejiang province Lin'an city, the shallow surface water can be directly used for the feasibility of the summer air conditioning cooling from the angle of water temperature, water quality, and the investment cost and operation cost.
