The problem that often occurs in raw material inventory is overstock or stockout conditions. The healthcare industry, including pharmaceuticals, has been experiencing uncertainty since the Covid-19 pandemic. Then impacts panic buying and stockpiling, which can lead to unpredictable spikes in demand, stockouts, and disruptions to the inventory system. The research was conducted at ABC Pharmacy in Yogyakarta, which experienced this problem. In this study, optimization of drug supply was carried out by measuring warehouse capacity, and safety stock, increasing the number of orders and reorder points using the Min-Max and the economic order quantity models. A simulation of inventory optimization planning was carried out using Monte Carlo to see inventory projections for the next three months. Overall, the EOQ model simulation shows the most optimal results by showing the average total inventory cost of Rp. 103,579, where this number represents the lowest number of total inventory costs when compared to other simulation models. It also shows that the EOQ model is 86% more efficient in inventory cost than the Min-Max model. Comparison of the total cost of inventory The results of the three methods are calculated according to current demand and simulation of the EOQ method, which produces the minimum total inventory cost, followed by the company's initial model and the Min Max inventory method.

Abstract. Cost of Production (HPP) is an important element to assess the success (performance) of a trading or manufacturing company. Especially in determining the selling price and calculating the profit and loss of each product. Based on observations and interviews with “KREES” Banana Chips and Cheese Stick SME Owners, it is known that there are difficulties in recognizing what cost components must be calculated, thus causing difficulties in determining the optimal selling price to increase profits. The purpose of carrying out PKM activities is to provide assistance in calculating the Cost of Production (HPP) for UKM Banana Chips and Cheese Sticks "KREES".The method used in this dedication is in the form of face-to-face in delivering material, debriefing and discussing the calculation of the cost of production. The result of this mentoring and training is that partners understand enough about the material provided. So far, partners have indirectly carried out simple calculations in determining the cost of production so that the material provided is easily accepted. The impact of this service is an increase in partners' knowledge of the cost components for calculating the cost of production. Partners are helped by the report format for calculating the cost of production made by servants. This format assists partners in detailing the cost components used in calculating the cost of production. Another impact is that the financial records are more orderly and neat so as to increase the accuracy of calculating the cost of production.

In order for warehousing performance to remain at the standard, it is necessary to monitor the performance in the warehousing area, such as utilization and quality of goods in the warehouse, to increase the value of a company. Several drug retailers in Indonesia, especially in the Yogyakarta area, have not yet measured the performance of their warehousing activities, so it is not clear what improvements need to be made. With a comprehensive monitoring activity of warehousing activities, it can support the company to obtain helpful information that can help improve the performance of ongoing operations. This study was conducted to determine the performance position using the Frazelle model during the covid 19 pandemic in a drug retail business or pharmacy so that researchers can provide recommendations for improvements that can improve warehouse performance. The performance for the warehouse has a warehouse performance value of 55.60 and is included in the Average category. This recommendation can also be used as a benchmarking reference for other industries.
