This study aims to determine the level, correlation, and influence of the usability of academic information system services using the ServQual and WebQual 4.0 methods. The research method used is qualitative-qualitative and data collection through a survey verification consisting of 20 statements. The questionnaire statement uses a Likert scale with 100 student respondents as the main users. The sampling technique uses a simple random sampling technique. Then, the data analysis in this study uses path analysis. The results showed that ServQual was at an average score of 2.60, WebQual 4.0 was at an average score of 2.59, and the average score for the User Satisfaction variable was at 2.66. Academic information system improvement will have a major effect on User Satisfaction. This is by the results of the verification analysis which shows that ServQual (X1) and WebQual 4.0 (X2) have a positive effect simultaneously on User Satisfaction (Y), with a total effect of 0.688 or 68.8%. External influence of 0.312 or 31.2%. Thus, the academic information system in small and medium-scale private universities needs to be improved on the WebQual 4.0 variable and can be added by ServQual improvements, and ServQual improvements can also be done without including WebQual 4.0.
This study aims to determine the role of the Wonderful Indonesia branding promotion at the Asean Tourism Forum (ATF) in improving tourism in Indonesia. The ASEAN Tourism Forum (ATF) is regional cooperation that seeks to promote the ASEAN region as an international tourist destination.The research method used is a qualitative method through literature reviews on official government documents, scientific articles, and news.The results show that the ASEAN Tourism Forum (ATF) is a means or media for Indonesia to attract foreign investors to invest or invest in cooperation in developing tourism in Indonesia, as well as the Wonderful Indonesia branding promotion media to attract foreign tourists to tourist destinations in Indonesia. In this study, a mapping of the potential for agribusiness in the southern part of West Java was carried out, which serves as a policy material and business development in developing local potential in the agribusiness sector to improve local communities’ welfare. West Java Provincial Regulation Number 12 of 2014 divides the Southern part of West Java into three Growth Center (PP) zones, namely PP Palabuhanratu, PP Rancabuaya, and PP Pangandaran. The agribusiness potential of South West Java is dynamic and varied. However, it has not been developed optimally to improve local communities’ welfare, which is generally scattered in underdeveloped villages. The government and developers (entrepreneurs) have difficulty obtaining digital data updates. The purpose of this research is to map the regional potential in the field of agribusiness in the form of digital data to facilitate the development of agribusiness potential in coastal areas located on the shores of the Indian Ocean (Indonesian Ocean). The research method uses Geographical Information Systems. The results showed that the potential and variants of agribusiness in PP Palabuhanratu are spread across 5 districts. In PP Rancabuaya spread into 5 districts. Meanwhile, PP Pangandaran is spread over 5 districts. This research can be used as policy materials and business development in developing local potential in the agribusiness sector to improve the welfare of the people of West Java.
The objective of this research is to examine conflict and integration; with using qualitative method and data collecting, interview, and mass media; data analysis technique with using qualitative descriptive as well as main study: conflict and integration does not increase consensus and performance, although it has potential to assist change. The result of study show that main element which exacbrate internal conflict and decrease integration is in group solidarity and power struggle that triggered by power structure. It has ability to contribute conflict and decrease subjective solidarity with in group so that conflictual solidarity can hamper difference. Solidarity objective is main element to control conflict, improve integration, develop consensus, develop group work, and as requirement to develop interdependent with external group. Non-litigation conflict resolution model through collective ijtihad can be developed how far kiai informal function as ummatan wasathon does not experience difference from cultural brokers into political brokers. If it is occur and flow polarization politic to fragmentation. This difference will experience gradually political leadership, paradigm contribution developed from Khaldun concept, Geertz, Horikoshi, and Turmudi. Islamic Political Party generally can change from rationale political to textual political and from political concept, cultural Islamic Political Party which initiated by Islamic intellectual in New Order so that Islamic Political Party movement further tend to direct prophetic Islamic Political model.
Along with the industrial revolution (IR) 4.0, digital diplomacy or e-diplomacy is a necessity. However, these studies are still not widely developed. This article attempts to explain it – albeit with a very limited scope – from a public policy perspective. By using descriptive-qualitative method, the data source of this study was obtained from literature study. The results of the study show that e-diplomacy 4.0 is one part of the discipline of international relations, especially soft power diplomacy. After entering the early phase of society 5.0, diplomacy study actors have the opportunity to be more open to combining the two. Thus, a new paradigm is needed as the development of a conceptual framework for the study of international relations that develops in a multidisciplinary manner. The contribution of this article is the Paradigm Conceptual Framework of E-Diplomacy 4.0 and Society 5.0 as an effort towards e-diplomacy policy formulation. Through this paradigm, it is hoped that it will have implications for policy formulation efforts – by the government as a public policy actor – so that the participation and innovation of public soft power diplomacy in the digital field is more developed.Keywords: e-diplomacy paradigm – policy formulation – soft diplomacy
