RESUMENLa conciliación es una figura socio-jurídica a la vanguardia, en muchos escenarios de la actualidad se escucha hablar de ello. Objetivo: Hacer una reflexión del componente ético en la conciliación extrajudicial virtual reconociéndolo como un mecanismo gratuito, rápido, eficaz para la solución de conflictos jurídicos. Materiales y métodos: La investigación aplicó el método deductivo-analítico. Se investigó acerca de la aplicación de la figura de la conciliación virtual en los centros de conciliación y arbitraje tomando como muestra la ciudad de Medellín. Resultados: Los resultados parciales que se han encontrado en la investigación se centran en la adaptación de la virtualidad en las audiencias de conciliación. Conclusiones: La ética en la conciliación virtual es un resultado de los avances sociales, que permite el uso de las tecnologías como medio para llegar a más personas, hacer más efectivos y económicos los procesos conciliatorios, que tienen como fin ético solucionar conflictos por medio de la cultura del diálogo.Palabras clave: Conflicto, conciliación ética, virtual y voluntad. ABSTRACTConciliation is considered as a socio-legal figure at the forefront; it is habitual to hear on this topic in many different scenarios. Objective: To offer a reflection on the ethical component for virtualized extrajudicial conciliation, recognizing it as free, fast and effective mechanism for the settlement of the legal disputes. Materials and methods: Deductive-analytical methodology, for this research was applied. The implementation of virtualized conciliation in centers for conciliation and arbitration in Medellin (Col), were investigated. Results: Partial results found in this research are focus on the adaptation of virtualized conciliation process. Conclusions: Ethics in virtualized conciliation process is a result of a social progress; which allows the use of technology as a mean to reach more people, to be more effective and to have cheaper conciliation processes, in order to resolve conflicts through dialogue.
