Este artículo se ocupa de los efectos de lectura que produce la digitalización de manuscritos nacidos analógicos en un archivo del siglo XX y de cómo considerar un archivo del siglo XXI, que posee múltiples textualidades. El trabajo propone una metodología que mantenga el principio de desapropiación del sentido, únicamente sostenible cuando nuestro trabajo se convierte en una puesta en común, con códigos abiertos y firma provisoria. Es decir que un modo de trabajar que reconozca y ponga al alcance los objetos digitales en tanto objetos, físicos ellos también, que persiguen formas no mediadas por el capital simbólico, sino que sea acorde a la multiplicidad de sentidos que proponemos abierta, provisoria, en movimiento. En ese camino se trata de recordar nuestro ser-con abierto al otro en tanto otro, y si el manuscrito es, como señalara Jean Levaillant el otro del texto, y para nosotres es un cuerpo que vuelve, un cuerpo que insiste, es precisamente en sus sucesivas encarnaciones donde se vuelve a afirmar como otro, resistente a subsumirse en una textualidad consagrada socialmente, y espacio hospitalario para el acontecer de la literatura.
El trabajo explora nociones teóricas en relación con los archivos latinoamericanos para postular una política de lectura basada en una economía de la emergencia que se aparta del utilitarismo como fin último. Para ello, acude a la experiencia de la autora con el archivo de manuscritos de Manuel Puig y a los archivos de la memoria del activismo por la diversidad sexual y el feminismo consignados en el Centro de Documentación e Investigación de la Cultura de Izquierdas en Argentina (CeDInCI).
