Par Goda Burksaityte et Élise PestreAvec la construction de l'espace Schengen et l'évolution des politiques migratoires vers la restriction d'entrée sur le territoire des étrangers issus de pays tiers 1 , des camps de tout type abritant des sujets exilés prolifèrent actuellement en Europe (« hotspots », camps de rétention, camps humanitaires, « centres d'accueil » ou encore des « campements informels 2 », autogérés, etc.) Ces divers « espaces-camps 3 » regroupent des milliers d'étrangers considérés par l'État comme « indésirables 4 », quand bien même la grande majorité fuit la guerre, les conflits armés ou encore la grande pauvreté. En France, que ce soit dans le Calaisis, près de la frontière maritime avec l'Angleterre ou en Île-de-France (notamment à proximité du camp humanitaire de Porte-de-la-Chapelle, à la limite avec la Seine-Saint-Denis), des campements éphémères de migrants se sont établis, en parallèle des dispositifs humanitaires, afin d'abriter ceux qui ne parviennent plus à trouver refuge dans les dispositifs institutionnels prévus à cet effet, saturés de demandes.Dans une optique psychanalytique 5 , qui articule aux champs du politique et du social le champ psychique, nous tenterons d'appréhender les subjectivités immergées dans les camps mis en place par les communes ou l'État, afin d'analyser la façon dont ces dispositifs contemporains engagent, au seuil de nos villes, des réaménagements singuliers des praxis des professionnels. Nous nous centrerons en particulier sur deux cas de professionnels, dont l'activité se déploie dans des camps d'exilés et se relie au champ du soin psychique et de l'école. C'est initialement à partir d'une expérience de terrain conduite dans ces camps et campements, programme de recherche-action réalisé avec des étudiants doctorants et masterants en psychologie, qu'une étude a pu être initialement menée. Dans cette recherche de type collaborative, en partenariat avec des ONG, l'exploration s'est basée sur les « subjectivités en présence » (Benoist, 1995, p. 550) et incluait les personnes exilées tout autant que les acteurs de terrain (soignants, interprètes, enseignants, associatifs, etc.) qui gravitent autour d'elles et sont au « service » de leur vie, voire de leur survie.1 On appelle « pays tiers » les pays qui se situent hors de l'Union européenne. 2 Nous retenons le terme de « campement informel » de migrants utilisé par Michel Agier (2010), qui se réfère aux « refuges auto-établis » dans des espaces urbains interstitiels, vacants ou abandonnés, ou encore qui se placent dans des territoires en marge ou à l'extérieur des villes. 3 Nous reprenons ici l'expression formulée par Alexandra Galitzine-Lo...
L’intersubjectif familial, soumis aux violences collectives, peut s’éloigner d’un destin pathologique lorsqu’il œuvre à une transformation groupale de ces expériences brutes. Par ce biais, il atténue la charge des violences véhiculées dans les transmissions familiales. Ainsi s’ouvre la voie du processus de leur appropriation individuelle. Le destin d’une famille lituanienne, rencontrée lors d’une recherche portant sur les familles ayant subi les déportations en Sibérie, sert de fil conducteur à la réflexion. Il s’agit d’une famille issue de deux lignées de déportés qui se rencontrent sur les lieux d’un exil de 12 ans. Le parcours de cette famille, longuement soumise au système totalitaire, témoigne de la façon dont un groupe familial procède à une co-création des espaces de métabolisation et de commémoration des violences subies, permettant ainsi à ses membres d’élaborer leur histoire familiale douloureuse. Cette dernière devient source de subjectivation.
