L’article est la restitution critique d’une expérience de terrain menée au sein de l’association toulousaine APIAF (Association Pour l’Initiative Autonome des Femmes) ayant consisté en l’organisation de deux ateliers de création (littéraire et photographique) à destination des femmes qui fréquentent ce lieu. Au-delà de l’analyse sémiologique des textes et des images réalisés dans le cadre de ces ateliers, cet article est aussi l’occasion d’esquisser une réflexion sur la manière dont la production de sens est le résultat d’une négociation avec les « savoirs situés » d’actants incarnés, à savoir les acteurs, d’un espace de communication.
