Resumo:OBJETIVO :comparar o índice de desvantagem vocal com a propensão à disfonia segundo a percepção dos cantores da Universidade Federal de Sergipe.MÉTODOS:estudo de abordagem quantitativa, transversal, observacional e descritiva, no qual participaram 32 coralistas. Os participantes responderam ao questionário Índice de Desvantagem Vocal no Canto Clássico, que analisa o impacto da alteração vocal na voz cantada em três subescalas: incapacidade, desvantagem e defeito. Também responderam ao questionário Escala de Sintomas Vocais que analisa a propensão à disfonia em três subescalas: limitação, emocional e físico.RESULTADOS:no Índice de Desvantagem Vocal no Canto Clássico observou-se um maior índice na subescala Defeito (28,75%), seguido da subescala Incapacidade (15,79%) e Desvantagem (12,27%). Já no Escala de Sintomas Vocais, foi visto um maior escore Físico (25,23%), seguido da subescala Limitação (19,74%) e Emocional (6,84%). Em comparação entre os dois questionários utilizados, foi verificada correlação estatisticamente significante entre todos os escores, exceto entre o Físico e Incapacidade. Foram comparados os escores totais dos questionários e houve correlação estatisticamente significante entre eles, o que mostra que os questionários avaliam aspectos vocais que estão, possivelmente, interligados.CONCLUSÃO:os coralistas que apresentaram propensão à disfonia nesta pesquisa também apresentaram sintomas vocais como dor na garganta, pigarro, rouquidão e tosse.

Study settingThe questionnaire was applied face-to-face at the outpatient clinics at the University Hospital (HU) of the Federal University of Sergipe (UFS) with the prior authorization of the person in charge of the sector. It was also made available online on the Google Forms® platform (Google Docs®) and disseminated on social networks (Instagram®, Facebook® and WhatsApp®). O objetivo deste estudo é verificar o que foi desenvolvido na literatura científica mundial em aplicativos móveis para Educação em Saúde voltado para o público adulto, nos últimos 10 anos. Trata-se de uma revisão integrativa da literatura, tendo como amostra final 28 artigos; os resultados foram analisados com relação ao ano, local do estudo, categoria do aplicativo, desfecho e desdobramento. Também foi feita a busca por habilidades do produto que levassem a maior interação com o público alvo e com a mudança no comportamento do usuário frente as suas condições de saúde; assim pode ser visto que dentre os 28 artigos selecionados, 19 trabalhos apresentaram pontos de melhoria a serem implementados na respectiva tecnologia, enquanto 7 não apresentam. Desta forma, foi concluído que o investimento no desenvolvimento de aplicativos com esse objetivo é promissor ao ser considerado o engajamento que as tecnologias têm nos dias atuais, tendo grande potencial inovador.
O presente artigo objetivou verificar a existência de aplicativos móveis que buscassem auxiliar crianças com microcefalia e seus cuidadores no gerenciamento e educação em saúde. Esta pesquisa tem caráter exploratório, quantitativo e qualitativo, de cunho bibliográfico, realizada em forma de prospecção científica e tecnológica em bases de depósitos de pedidos de patentes e registros de software, bases de dados científicos e lojas virtuais de aplicativos. Por meio das buscas, apenas 1 artigo foi selecionado para análise; trata-se de um aplicativo móvel de saúde voltado para cuidadores de crianças que tem a SKZv como uma ferramenta informativa para ajudar acompanhar o desenvolvimento dessas crianças. Estão dispostas no aplicativo funções para acompanhar o desenvolvimento da criança, acompanhamento das habilidades visuais e motoras, cadastro de consultas e função que possibilita a comunicação entre cuidadores e profissionais. A aplicação se mostrou muito promissora ao trazer informações a esse nicho de pessoas que tanto precisam, além de comprovar que um rápido diagnóstico e tratamento adequado são pontos-chave para a qualidade de vida das crianças. Por meio desse estudo de prospecção é possível afirmar que existem variados aplicativos voltados para os cuidados e desenvolvimento infantil, porém, é nítida a escassez de aplicativos voltados para o gerenciamento da saúde de crianças com microcefalia. Ao considerar o elevado número de crianças com microcefalia no Brasil, fica explícita a necessidade de ferramentas de saúde que possam auxiliar essa população.
