Entrepreneurs require business plan models academically validate that allow the correct structuring of business ideas, therefore the aim of this paper is to determine the most relevant components should have to include in a business plan from the expertise and perception both academics and graduated community, that favor the establishment of nascent ventures. It was developed descriptive and correlational research, non-experimental, transversal with a quantitative approach, 440 surveys were answered by academics, university students, and professional graduated. The results indicate that the legal component is the most relevant because to the legal context concerning the creation of a company, followed by the financial module due to the implications in the protection of shareholders and the possible risks and obligations; It should be noted that for academics, the logistics component is more relevant, In contrast, graduate professionals consider the strategic, the sales and marketing components be more significant.
Las redes sociales son espacios de socialización e interacción, y tienen, dentro de sus muchas características, la posibilidad de que las personas se expresen y hagan referencia a la cotidianidad de sus vidas. Por tal motivo, durante el confinamiento por la pandemia de la COVID 19, muchas personas encontraron en las redes sociales espacios alternos de socialización y entretenimiento. De esta forma, las marcas ampliaron su marco de acción hacia el marketing digital, siendo las redes sociales las de mayor interacción por parte de los usuarios y el espacio ideal para propiciar la comercialización de bienes y servicios. El objetivo de esta investigación fue identificar los segmentos por estilo de vida de los centennials usuarios de TikTok y su percepción frente a la publicidad en dicha red social. Se tomó como referencia la segmentación psicográfica y se desarrolló un cuestionario que indagó las actividades, intereses y opiniones, el cual se aplicó a 226 usuarios activos de TikTok durante el periodo de confinamiento por COVID 19. Por medio de la metodología de clústeres jerárquicos se identificaron tres segmentos, así como los aspectos asociados a la percepción frente a la publicidad en la red social, considerándola irrelevante, poco apropiada, repetitiva e invasiva, lo que se convierte en una oportunidad para plantear y ejecutar estrategias de contenido publicitarias con impactos diferentes de acuerdo con el segmento.
Se piensa que las decisiones que toman los jefes de hogar en cuanto a compra de productos para sus hogares son en gran medida influenciadas por el consumismo y la sociedad. Este estudio pretende entender la actitud y su intención hacia el consumo responsable en los hogares de la ciudad de Bogotá; por tanto, a partir de un estudio descriptivo, transversal, no experimental y de un análisis a través del model ado de ecuaciones estructurales, se encuestó a 418 jefes de hogar. Se identificaron las relaciones que existen entre la actitud, la norma subjetiva, y la percepción de control con realizar actividades de consumo responsable. Con esto, se logró determinar que los jefes de hogar tienen una mayor probabilidad de hacer acciones hacia el consumo responsable, debido a la presión social por parte de su familia o de su entorno, llevándolo a adoptar comportamientos de compra responsables.
La personalidad de marca es una percepción ampliada que tiene el consumidor hacia las marcas, lo que involucra una relación con este y se fundamenta en aspectos relacionados en la compra como el precio, la calidad o el sabor; pero asociar características de personalidad y emocionalidad a la marca genera una percepción interesante que define el mismo consumidor. Por ello este artículo tiene como objetivo identificar la personalidad de marca percibida hacia las marcas de alimento para mascotas, perros y gatos, por parte de sus dueños en la ciudad de Bogotá. Para esto se llevó a cabo un estudio descriptivo y de corte transversal, a través de la aplicación de un instrumento a 388 personas dueñas de mascotas perros y gatos. Entre los resultados se destacó el reconocimiento como uno de los principales rasgos de personalidad que identifican a estas marcas de alimentos, ya que es un factor que sí influye en la decisión de compra y si el consumidor es de un nivel socioeconómico menor, logra percibir o identificar más fácil los rasgos de personalidad en las marcas.
Consider the aspects contemplated by mobile app users when ordering prepared food, this research aims to understand the consumer's perceived attitude of home applications through a multi-attribute model and the relationship between factors about the most perceived applications. This research is based on attitude theory through a multi-attribute model that measures the judgment of value and experience towards a brand by the current and potential consumer. The degree of association between the social classes of the population studied and the factors affecting the use of applications for purchases or home services were identified through bivariate correlations through Spearman's Rho statistic. The results show that the longest-time brands in the market have a better perception of the consumer; however, the brands with the highest perceived attitude have a weak relationship between the social classes and the factors that affect the use of home applications. The research allowed make an assessment through the attributes perceived by the consumer towards the most used applications, comparing their performance level from a general measurement of the category; In this way, the perception by consumers is identified to strengthen the value proposition by the organizations that use these technological platforms.
