Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dampak covid-19 terhadap sektor pariwisata di obyek wisata Goa Pindul Kabupaten Gunungkidul. Metode penelitian dalam penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kualitatif deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan berupa wawancara dan dokumentasi lapangan. Setelah melakukan penelitian dan menganalisis hasil penelitian, hasil penelitian menunjukan dampak covid terhadap sektor pariwisata di obyek wisata Goa Pindul Gunungkidul yaitu adanya penurunan wisatawan yang sangat signifikan, Dengan adanya pandemi, seluruh pedagang di sekitar Goa Pindul kehilangan mata pencahariannya. Para pedagang tersebut harus banting setir memikirkan bagaimana mencukupi kebutuhan sehari-hari ditengah pandemi Covid-19. Saran kepada seluruh pihak yang terkait dalam rangka menjaga kesehatan agar terhindar dari terinveksinya virus covid- 19, maka pengelola harus memberikan perhatian lebih terhadap fasilitas yang ada agar tidak menjadi sarana yang memicu kerumunan serta menerapkan protokol kesehatan, lebih memfokuskan pada wisatawan local dan disarankan ada sosialisasi yang terus menerus tetapi santun
Kasus HIV AIDS di Kota Yogyakarta mengalami kecenderungan naik setiap tahunnya. Namun disaat yang bersamaan, pemerintah pusat membubakaran beberapa Lembaga Non Struktural (LNS) yang dianggap tidak efektif. Melalui Peraturan Presiden No.124/2016 pasal 17a ayat 1 pemerintah pusat resmi menghentikan tugas Komisi Penanggulangan AIDS Nasional (KPAN) per 31 Desember 2017. Hal ini tentu saja berimbas kepada KPA Daerah seluruh Indonesia, termasuk KPA Kota Yogyakarta. Disaat mereka giat dan gencar melakukan upaya meminimalisir penyebaran HIV AIDS hingga menorehkan prestasi. Hal tersebut pada akhirnya menimbulkan dampak yang cukup signifikan dalam upaya meminimalisir penyebaran HIV AIDS, diantaranya pengalihan tanggung jawab penanggulangan HIV AIDS dan sudut pandang penanganan HIV AIDS, potensi kekurangan SDM ASN dalam upaya penanggulangan HIV AIDS, dan perubahan pola koordinasi penanggulangan HIV AIDS.
This study focuses on modeling community empowerment programs for MSMEs affected by Covid-19 in DIY. Pandemic Covid-19 that have occurred since the end of 2019 has impacted the cessation of activity of MSMEs in DIY. The absence of activity in the tourist area, the implementation of online learning has a slight influence on this condition. The research method used in this research is descriptive exploratory qualitative research method. The purpose of this research is to determine the appropriate empowerment model for MSMEs during the Covid-19 pandemic and to contribute in the form of an aca-demic policy paper for relevant stakeholders. This study uses a desk study and interview technique. Desk studies are carried out through secondary data tracking. Interviews were conducted with regional apparatus organizations (OPD) which handle MSMEs and MSMEs' actors. From the research conducted, it is known that the efforts made by the Provincial / Regency / City Governments within the scope of DIY or CSO in order to help MSMEs actors to survive in this pandemic situation if they are framed by using the empowerment models are used the second and third models. The second model seeks to strengthen the potential or power possessed by the community by implementing concrete steps, accommodating various inputs, providing good infrastructure and facilities. The third model seeks to empower the community in the sense of protecting and defending the interests of the weak community. From the research it conclude that the model of empowering MSMEs affected by Covid-19 in DIY, both carried out by the local government and by CSO such as Muhammadiyah / 'Aisyiyah is done to strengthen the potential or power possessed by MSMEs by implementing real steps, accommodating various inputs, providing infrastructure and facilities good and empowering the com-munity in the sense of protecting and defending the interests of MSMEs.
This paper intends to This study focuses on independent tourism village institutions during pandemic era in Sleman Regency, Special Region of Yogyakarta. The research method used in this research is qualitative research methods. This research was conducted in 10 Independent Tourism Villages in Sleman Regency, between August - December 2020. In this study, three data collection techniques were used, including: literature study, interviews and documentation. Of the 10 tourist villages, 5 of them have sufficiently good institutions and are able to adapt to a pandemic situation. Meanwhile, the other 5 are not sufficiently well-institutionalized and capable of adapting to the pandemic situation. Tourist villages that are able to adapt are able to innovate in realizing quality tourism that pays attention to safety and health aspects through Cleanliness, Health, Safety and Environmental Sustainability (CHSE)
