L'analyse des pratiques professionnelles a pris une grande ampleur
au cours des dernières années. Ce courant s'étend maintenant à de nombreux secteurs de l'activité humaine et procède soit d'une intention de modélisation, soit d'une intention d'auto-transformation. Dans le premier cas, les intervenants recourent à une approche de type comportemental (behavioriste), dans le second, à une position clinique. Le présent article tente de cerner les implications et les exigences de ces façons de procéder. Son auteur aborde la prise en compte de la demande d'analyse, les résistances des responsables et des acteurs, le choix des modes et des outils ainsi que les limites et les dérives possibles. Il souligne enfin la nécessité de s'interroger sur les intentions de toute démarche d'analyse des pratiques.
