Este estudo teve como objetivo analisar as mudanças na educação desencadeadas com o COVID-19 no tocante as práticas remotas, por meio das modificações da legislação nacional e da experiência da licenciatura de uma Instituição de Ensino Superior (IES). Para isso realizamos uma pesquisa documental partindo da legislação educacional em voga Parecer CNE nº 5/2020 e MP nº 934/2020 e bibliográfica por meio de autores como Paiva e Melo (2008), Coll e Monereo (2010) Piconez (1991) e Helal (2008). Concluímos que esse novo panorama disruptivo a partir do advento do novo corona vírus (COVID-19) que se apresentou com uma pandemia escalável provocou a necessidade de uma reforma educacional no âmbito da prática curricular no ensino superior.
Este capítulo traz um recorte da dissertação "Programa de Formação Esportiva Atleta na Escola na rede pública municipal de Arapiraca (2013-2014): uma análise da política de massificação da prática esportiva". Neste recorte, apresentaremos os antecedentes históricos da relação entre esporte e Educação Física no Brasil, as continuidades e rupturas desde o Estado Novo aos megaeventos esportivos considerando o Programa Atleta na Escola. Os antecedentes históricos revelam que o período da ditadura militar é responsável pela criação e desenvolvimento do Modelo Piramidal Esportivo no Brasil, cujo principal reflexo na política esportiva até hoje é a qualificação para o esporte de rendimento, sendo o espaço escolar e as aulas de Educação Física o palco para o desempenho de habilidades motoras e alcance de performance para o alto rendimento na busca de identificação e seleção de talentos. No tocante às rupturas o programa tem articulação clara com a realização de megaeventos esportivos e que a escola, mais do que em períodos anteriores, é chamada a contribuir com subordinação da prática da Educação Física ao esporte de alto rendimento.
This article aims to discuss the absence of a public policy for teacher education for higher education based on the analysis of the evaluation processes to which law students are submitted. The results show that most teachers of these courses do not have a specific pedagogical formation and use, in large part, the mere transmission of the contents they learned as students as didactic teaching. It is worth mentioning that the interest aroused to ascertain the situation presented is part of a larger research funded by the National Council for Scientific and Technological Development-CNPq, whose objective was to analyze the similarities and differences between the elaboration processes and the contents of the tests. Law on the National Student Performance Exam-ENADE and the Brazilian Bar Association Exam-OAB, in order to understand how such exams have contributed (or not) to improving the quality of Brazilian legal education.
