This study aims to analyze the level of income, the minimum scale of the amount of honey beekeeping, and the minimum selling price for the honey produced so that farmers get profits. Determination of the location of the study using the purposive method with the consideration that Pempatan Village, Rendang District, Karangasem Regency is one of the honey centers. The population in this study amounted to 63 people who cultivate honey bees. Sampling in this study using purposive sampling method with the number of respondents as many as 30 people. The types of data needed in this study are primary data and secondary data. Primary data was obtained by conducting observations and interviews with respondents. The data analysis methods used in this study are (1) Revenue Analysis, (2) Revenue Cost Ratio, (3) Break Event point. Based on the research results, the community's income from honey bee cultivation is IDR. 3.369.300,-/month while the R/C ratio of honey bee cultivation in Pempatan Village is 2.1, which means it is feasible to cultivate. If it is seen from the BEP Production from beekeeping is 7.08 liters, BEP Prices from honey bee cultivation are IDR. 154,516,-/liter and BEP Revenue from beekeeping is IDR. 2,337,145.
The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of corncob instead of elephant grass in the diet of cattle on the performance and carcass profile of the Bali Cattle. Total of 15% and 30% of elephant grass in the diet was replaced with a fermented corncob. This study used a Randomized Complete Design, which consists of 3 treatments, each treatment consisted of 4 replicates. The study used 12 male Bali Cattle with an initial average body weight of 226 kg. The cattle were allocated randomly into 3 treatments where cattle received the control treatment R0 (ration with 60% of elephant grass + 10% gliricidia + 10% calliandra + 20% pollard), R1 (ration with 45% of elephant grass + 15% corncob + 10% gliricidia + 10% calliandra+ 20% pollard) and R2 (ration with 30% of elephant grass + 30% corncob + 10% gliricidia + 10% calliandra + 20% pollard). The results of this study showed that daily weight gain of R0 was 0.61 kg, R1 was 0.61 kg and R2 was 0.62 kg. They were not significantly different (P> 0.05), among the treatments the R0 carcass percentage was 50.29%, R1 was 51.57% and R2 was 51.70%. They were not significantly different (P> 0.05) among the treatments. Fleshing index (FI) each other value of R0 was 1.36, R1 was 1.33 and R2 was 1.29 were not significantly different (P> 0.05) each other. Size of loin eye of R0 = 64.4 cm2 R1 = 64 cm2 and R2 = 64.01 cm2 were not significantly different (P> 0.05) each other. The conclusion of the study was the substitution of elephant grass as a basal diet with fermented corncob for 15% and 30% on the Bali Cattle feedlot were no significant effect on performance and carcass profiles. Substitution of elephant grass with corncob can be done up to 30% on the Bali Cattle feed.
This study aims to find the best culinary mix of 3 meat factors, namely: chicken, pork, and beef mixed with 3 culinary factors, namely kebab, spaghetti, and hamburger. The research design used a factorial design with 3 replications, so that the total number of observations was 27 units including KA (chicken kebab), KB (pork kebab), KS (Cow Kebab), SA (Chicken Spaghetti, SB (Spaghetti Babi, SS (Spaghetti) Cow, HA (Chicken Hamberger), HB (Pig Hamberger, HS (Cow Hamberger) each repeated 3 times so that a 3x3x3 factorial analysis occurs using analysis of variants processed with SPSS (Statistical Product System Solution), each variable is measured by the number of consumers who From the results of the Duncant Test, it was found that the culinary products that bought the most buyers were 37.56 (P<0.05), spaghetti 23.22 (P<0.05), hamberger 21.11 (P<0.5), while the desire to choose a mixture of meat was not significantly different, chicken was 31.67 (P> 0.05, beef 21.11 (P>0.05), pork was 23.11 (P> 0,05) The interaction between culinary types and meat types was not significantly different (P> 0.05) It can be concluded that the real type of kebab culinary is the most preferred by consumers.
In order to conserve turtles carried out by the community through the Turtle Conservation and Education Center (TCEC), PT Pertamina (Persero) DPPU Ngurah Rai through the Corporate Social Responsibility Program strongly supports the conservation and conservation of turtles on Serangan Island. The purpose of this study was to analyze the social and CSR impact of Pertamina on public interest in preserving the turtle economy on Serangan Island. This research was conducted on Serangan Island and the selection of this location was determined purposively. The population in this study found 137 people while the sampling technique in this study used a simple random sampling method of 42 people. Data analysis in this research is descriptive qualitative and quantitative. The resul- ts showed that the social impact of Pertamina’s CSR on public interest in turtle conservation on Serangan Island was seen from community development, community participation, and preservation of conservation programs in the good category with a score of 3.96. Meanwhile, the economic impact of Pertamina’s CSR on public interest in turtle conservation on Serangan Island which consists of indicators of employment, increased income, and tourism potential is in the good category with a score of 4.02. Suggestions for the community are expected to continue to monitor the conservation and preservation of turtles in order to increase tourism potential on Serangan Island.
