La poca atención prestada por copistas e impresores a las acotaciones sonoras del teatro del Siglo de Oro ha hecho que pasen desapercibidas ciertas estrategias poético-musicales que Lope de Vega utilizó para generar significados complejos e interrelacionados con la trama. Este trabajo analiza el villancico “A la gala de Febo” de la comedia El Amor enamorado, rastrea fuentes e influencias y colma lagunas críticas hasta el punto de dar noticia del descubrimiento de un manuscrito anónimo hallado en la Biblioteca de Catalunya con la música del texto lopesco, que hasta ahora se creía perdida.
Este artículo propone un análisis del género teatral áureo en uno de sus mecanismosretóricos con mayor capacidad performativa: la función dramática oracular a partir de lacual una voz superior –sea un oráculo, un sueño, una voz interior o cualquier otra posesióntransitoria– es escuchada simultáneamente por el receptor-personaje y por el receptor-público.El dramaturgo jerarquiza así la heterogeneidad de discursos presentes en el microcosmos dela comedia y, ofreciendo un silogismo epistemológico, incita a actuar directamente al primeroy metonímicamente al segundo. La crítica entendida como sabotaje ofrece unas herramientascríticas que permiten desenmascarar los entresijos de estos recursos oraculares que imponenun modelo de mundo a los destinatarios del mayor espectáculo de masas de la temprana modernidad.
Resumen: La cultura del secreto en el Siglo de Oro se manifiesta en el teatro, no solo a partir de secretarios, confesores, espías y criados que trafican con palabras, sino también de los músicos escénicos, que hacen lo propio con la poesía que cantan. Este es uno de los modos privilegiados por Bances Candamo para evitar el excesivo protagonismo del gracioso e impedir que los personajes nobles aparezcan indecorosamente como traidores. Este artículo, a partir de la comedia Sangre, valor y fortuna, se fija en los procedimientos metafísicos que utiliza Bances para que una verdad pase de lo íntimo a lo público.

Sin tener en cuenta el teatro breve, del que se encargó personalmente Lobato con anterioridad, 1 los filólogos que integran el equipo, conocidos en el gremio como Moretianos, han ido publicando desde 2008 veintiuna de las veinticuatro comedias que en su día se repartieron entre la Primera parte de comedias (Madrid, 1654) y la Segunda parte de comedias (Valencia, 1676). El volumen que recoge las tres restantes, y que coordina Javier Rubiera, está actualmente en prensa, y con él llega a su fin la colección de comedias de Moreto que las prensas de Reichenberger, en Kassel, tan pulcramente han sacado a la luz. No obstante, el teatro breve y las dos partes de comedias no agotan la producción del dramaturgo madrileño, de manera que la actual fase del proyecto moretiano ha implicado la creación de la «Colección Digital Proteo» en la Biblioteca Virtual Miguel de Cervantes para dar cabida a los textos de su autoría que todavía no contaban con una edición crítica. En esta colección, dirigida asimismo por Lobato, se están publicando progresivamente, además de las restantes comedias de Moreto firmadas en solitario, aquellas que escribió en colaboración con otros dramaturgos. Les comèdies hagiogràfiques de filiació barroca escrites a Mallorca durant el segle XVIII han rebut poca atenció crítica i sovint amb edicions que necessiten ser actualitzades a la llum dels nous avenços en la matèria. En aquest estudi s’analitza la Comèdia gloriosa del famós sant Caietano, escrita per Albert Borguny a partir de l’edició de Ramon Díaz i Villalonga (1997), tenint en consideració el seu aparat de variants, les divergències entre manuscrits i, sobretot, el vincle amb la comèdia castellana anterior: Vida y muerte de san Cayetano. Havent localitzat prèviament tots els exemplars de tots els testimonis de la font castellana, hem analitzat llurs loci critici a la llum del text en català i hem acarat les versions per solucionar lliçons fosques transmeses pels manuscrits que contenen l’obra dramàtica de Borguny. Aquestes operacions revelen trets plenament originals de l’escriptor mallorquí, a més d’un conjunt de noves dades que omplen diverses llacunes crítiques i que, en definitiva, permeten revisar i restaurar una peça singular del patrimoni teatral antic en llengua catalana.
