O objetivo deste artigo foi compreender em que estado se encontram as produções científicas, no que diz respeito ao uso das redes sociais por consumidores e empreendedores frente às práticas alimentares. Para tanto, foi realizada uma revisão sistemática de literatura visando identificar as perspectivas adotadas nas pesquisas e, ainda, as possíveis lacunas nelas existentes que poderiam ser apontadas. Os resultados encontrados demonstraram que, apesar de uma relevância latente, as discussões sobre o tema em questão ainda se mostram bastante incipientes, em especial no Brasil. A maior parte dos estudos encontrados utiliza métodos qualitativos e, do ponto de vista temático, sobressaem aspectos como impacto social e mobilização de recursos.
<p>In view of the advances in technology and its participation in the daily lives of the population, the use of smartphones has become very popular, and it is interesting to understand consumers’ buying behavior. The objective of the present study is to analyze how the buying behavior of smartphone consumers occurs, and it has as a sample the students of the IFPB (Federal Institute of Education of Paraíba), João Pessoa campus. In order to do so, we have defined the social profile of the students of the campus and have described the steps of the decision process of smartphones purchase by students. Last but not least we have checked the influence of the groups of reference in the decision process of smartphones purchase of the pupil. The method used was the application of questionnaires with the students of the campus. The results indicated that the most common profile in campus belongs to young single women, with family income of up to two minimum wages. The perception of the need to buy by young people occurs after loss or theft, the need to use the internet to search for information., Analysing the alternatives, they use the following criteria: quality, reliability and price. When they decide to buy the smartphone, they use quality as the main criterion and feel satisfied at the postpurchase moment. Still, as far as reference groups are concerned, most people take into account the opinions of family and friends.</p>
<p>Due to the economic expressiveness of the tourism activity in the northeast region, it is common to have a large number of hotels in the region. In this sense, it is interesting to look for means that aim at the efficiency of the inventory management by companies. The objective of the present research is to develop a proposal to resize stocks in a hotel company through the use of inventory control tools: minimum stock, order point, inventory turnover and inventory coverage. In addition to that, we aim to study the demand forecast by the company and the resupply mode of the stock. Besides that, we use the ABC curve to classify the materials in stock. The methods used were: interviews with the managers of each area involved in the process and analyses of reports provided by the company. As a result of the research, we could find out that the company studied the demand observing the occupancy rate of the hotel. the resupply occurred through request to the warehouse, the items in stock were classified through the ABC curve, minimum stock, order point, inventory turnover and inventory coverage were performed for each item in category A of the ABC curve. It was also observed that the leadtime of the resupply process was equivalent to three days.</p>
