El presente trabajo presenta un panorama del acceso de la población con discapacidad a la educación superior y de su terminalidad. Se basa en estudios antecedentes de América Latina y fuentes secundarias de las estadísticas referentes a Argentina y a la provincia de Córdoba. En estos dos últimos contextos, se profundiza sobre el alcance comparativo de estudios superiores en población con y sin discapacidad y datos desagregados por cada tipo de discapacidad. Los resultados visibilizan la desigualdad, aún existente, de acceso y terminalidad en la educación superior mediante el análisis de la interrelación entre la condición de discapacidad de cada sujeto y las oportunidades sociales que ofrece este nivel educativo. Se plantean hipótesis e interrogantes sobre la relación que estos hallazgos pueden tener con las medidas de accesibilidad más y menos consolidadas en las instituciones de educación superior.

El sistema educacional chileno no trabaja ni evalúa correctamente la habilidad de la escritura creativa literaria. Desde sus bases curriculares (2017) no se incluyen objetivos de aprendizaje de este tema en la mayor parte de los cursos de secundaria. Por este motivo, el objetivo principal de este artículo es diseñar y aplicar una rúbrica de diagnóstico a un grupo concreto de estudiantes chilenos de secundaria, que permita evaluar dicha habilidad. A partir de una investigación mayor (grupo de estudiantes chilenos con n=25) en la que se identificaron diversos problemas relacionados a la escritura creativa literaria, fue desarrollada una rúbrica para evaluar aquellos aspectos descendidos. El desarrollo de esta rúbrica tuvo cuatro fases que son importantes para desarrollar la evaluación y el aprendizaje significativos. La metodología utilizada es cualitativa y la recolección de datos se basó en la escritura de cuentos por parte de estudiantes chilenos de secundaria. Además, el proceso de construcción de la rúbrica y sus diferentes fases fueron validadas por expertos.
