O principal objetivo do estudo foi retratar como os gestores das propriedades rurais trabalham a sucessão familiar. Quanto ao problema, buscou-se compreender como os gestores das propriedades rurais trabalham a sucessão familiar? Na parte metodológica, utilizou-se os métodos de abordagem dedutivo, qualitativo e quantitativo. Os procedimentos foram descritivo, pesquisa de campo e comparativa. Para a coleta de dados empregou-se a observação, entrevista, questionário, pesquisa bibliográfica e pesquisa documental. Para análise de dados adotou-se a planilha eletrônica e análise de conteúdo. Quanto a amostra das propriedades se deu pela acessibilidade. A fundamentação teórica é composta por estudos anteriores e tópicos relacionados ao estudo. Através do material bibliográfico buscou-se os elementos que caracterizam a sucessão familiar e as características das propriedades pelo critério de porte. A pesquisa foi aplicada em 18 propriedades rurais do município de Alegria – RS e 16 no município de Coronel Bicaco – RS. Através da pesquisa aplicada aos pais e o questionário aplicado aos filhos de 15 anos ou mais, que percebeu-se que 44,12% das famílias ainda não pensaram na possibilidade de um sucessor assumir a propriedade. Verificou-se que 52,94% não realizam nenhuma atividade voltada ao processo sucessório. Desta forma, descobriu-se que é suma importância as famílias do meio rural ter conhecimento no que diz respeito a sucessão familiar em suas propriedades, pois com a falta do processo sucessório poderá ocorrer o que chamamos de ruptura do negócio familiar, e planejá-lo trará vantagens até mesmo para a continuidade do trabalho familiar.
O tema sucessão familiar se torna relevante no estudo de gestão das propriedades rurais, visto que, muitas propriedades familiares estão vivenciando o processo sucessório e, muitas vezes, desconhecem como proceder na transmissão da gestão da propriedade a um sucessor. O objetivo do estudo foi descrever como os gestores das propriedades rurais estão realizando o processo de sucessão familiar. Como problema de pesquisa, buscou-se responder como os gestores das propriedades rurais estão trabalhando o processo de sucessão familiar? Com relação a metodologia, adotou-se os métodos de abordagem dedutivo, qualitativo e quantitativo. Os procedimentos utilizados foram o descritivo e a pesquisa de campo. A coleta dos dados deu-se através da observação, entrevista, questionário, pesquisa bibliográfica e pesquisa documental. Para a análise dos dados utilizou-se a planilha eletrônica e análise de conteúdo. A fundamentação teórica foi composta por estudos anteriores relacionados ao tema. Buscou-se através de pesquisa bibliográfica os elementos que caracterizam a sucessão familiar; e as características das propriedades rurais pelo critério de porte. O estudo foi desenvolvido no ano de 2020, englobando 18 propriedades rurais do município de Alegria – RS. Como principais resultados do estudo, evidenciou-se que é imprescindível aos gestores das propriedades rurais terem conhecimento a respeito da sucessão familiar, pois a falta de um processo sucessório pode acarretar na ruptura do negócio familiar, e planejá-lo de forma correta permitirá a continuidade do negócio. Destaca-se que 61,11% dos gestores não fazem a preparação da sucessão. Identificou-se que a maioria dos pais incentivam seus filhos a permanecer morando e atuando na propriedade rural.
Os desenfreados avanços das Tecnologias da Informação e Comunicação promoveram transformações no mundo do trabalho e da pesquisa. Logo, o advento da informação digital facilitou a criação, o uso e a disseminação de conhecimentos, impactando áreas como Administração e Arquivologia. No entanto, parte da informação digital não recebe o tratamento adequado, e assim, surgem lacunas nos arquivos e incertezas nas organizações. Desta forma, tem-se por objetivo realizar uma reflexão sobre as contribuições da gestão da informação para o processo de tomada de decisão administrativa. Com isto, estima-se apontar convergências entre às práticas de gestão da informação administrativa e a gestão de documentos arquivísticos, com ênfase na interoperabilidade de seus sistemas informatizados.
Este estudio tiene como objetivo identificar las contribuciones de gestión de documentos al proceso de gestión del conocimiento. Tal enfoque se limita a las prácticas de gestión del conocimiento desarrolladas a partir de la información administrativa contenida en los documentos producidos por la propia organización. Así, se discute cómo tal información puede ser reutilizada para desarrollar el conocimiento organizacional. El método utilizado parte del levantamiento bibliográfico, limitando la selección de libros relacionados a la administración y archivología, y se tiene la gestión del conocimiento como categoría orientadora. Los datos recolectados son analizados por medio de la triangulación entre administración, archivología y gestión del conocimiento. La discusión sigue la lógica deductiva, y después de esa reflexión, se obtiene un artículo de revisión no sistemática que teje los eslabones interdisciplinarios para abordar dicha convergencia. De esta forma, la organización puede extraer información confiable a través de sus documentos para contribuir al proceso de toma de decisiones, además de fomentar la innovación y desarrollar una ventaja competitiva. Se plantea que el reúso de la información contenida en los archivos permite que los colaboradores racionalicen las actividades en favor de la eficiencia administrativa. En consecuencia, la sinergia producida por estas actividades agrega valor organizacional.
