This paper aims to study the influence of new immunostimulants of tissue and plant origin on the morphological characteristics of the immune system the dynamics of serum immunoglobulins. The conducted research revealed the beneficial effect of glycyrrhizic acid (GA) on the body of sick animals, promoting their growth and development, improving animals' clinical and physiological parameters. GA showed a positive effect on the cellular and humoral factors of natural resistance of calves with bronchopneumonia. Thus, GA activates biochemical processes and immune response aimed at the coordinated use of energy resources. It results in a favourable outcome of the disease due to activated metabolism and positively affects calf growth and development. Biostimulator Nucleostim is a purified extract of bovine spleen containing at least 1 mg/ml of low molecular weight peptides. At the end of the experiment, the survival rate of the experimental group of fowl treated with nucleostim increased to 88% compared to 72% of the control group. Nucleostimbiostimulant as a feed additive for chickens restores the histological architecture of the thymus with differentiation of the well-distinguished cortex and the medulla. It increases the mitotic activity of thymocytes, improves blood supply to the organ.
Poultry farming has a significant role in providing the population with high-quality food. Biostimulants benefit animals and birds. Therefore, the search for effective biologics is relevant. The article presents the results of research on the use of the biological stimulant Nucleostim in the cultivation of broiler chickens of cross РОСС-308 and Rodonite cross chickens. Particular attention is paid to the morphological characteristic of the thymus and bursa of broiler chickens, as well as the effect on the thymus and bursa of the nucleostim biostimulator at the tissue and cellular level. Histological and immunohistochemical studies have shown that the biological stimulator Nucleostim optimizes the structure of the thymus and bursa, prevents the development in the organ of disorders of cellular mechanisms of metabolism, leading to the development of structural changes.
The poultry industry plays a significant role in providing the population with high-quality food products. According to the literature, biostimulants have a beneficial effect on the body of animals and birds. Therefore, the search for effective biological products is relevant. The article presents the results of studies of the use of a biological stimulator nucleostim when growing broiler chickens of the cross POCC-308. Particular attention is paid to morphological characteristics of broiler chicken liver, as well as the effect of the biostimulator nucleostimulator on the liver at the cellular level. Histological and immunohistochemical studies have shown that the biological stimulant nucleostim optimizes the structure of the liver, prevents the development of disorders of cellular metabolic mechanisms in the organ which leads to the development of structural changes.
Poultry farming is one of the most important dynamically developing branches of the agro-industrial complex, providing the population with fullfledged food products. It is necessary to search for new useful biological substances to increase the efficiency of the industry. At the same time, biologically active substances must be not only highly effective but also harmless to animals and humans. To date, significant experimental data on the use of biological stimulants in poultry and animal husbandry have been accumulated. The research aimed to study the influence of the biological stimulator Nucleostim on the development of the thymus and its clinical and morphological structure. 100 ROSS 308 cross broiler chickens were used for the research. Experimental and control groups of animals were kept in the same conditions on a unique, balanced diet with free access to water. In the course of the research, it was found that in 3 experimental groups, the mass of internal organs of broiler chickens is greater than in the control group. The most significant increase in organs was observed in chickens receiving Nucleostim at a dose (10 g/kg of feed). The use of the biological stimulator Nucleostim as a top dressing in broiler chickens preserves the structure of the thymus, with clear visualization and differentiation of the cortical layer and brain matter, increases the mitotic activity of thymocytes, improves blood supply to the organ. As a result of research, it was found that Nucleostim has an immunomodulatory effect, which is expressed in hypertrophy and hyperplasia of the thymus, increasing the number of CD 68 macrophages, slowing down the thymus involution processes in broiler chickens.
Poultry farming holds a special place in ensuring the products that the consumers demand, it provides the population with essential food products, such as eggs and meat, that contain vital micro and macronutrients, proteins, lipids, and vitamins. Therefore, the issues of rational, economically feasible feeding of meat poultry, namely broiler chickens, are an urgent task. It is also essential to find effective methods of their application in order to correct the natural resistance and immune and biological reactivity of birds. The purpose of this research is to study the effect of the biological stimulant-Nucleostim on the growth and development of chickens, hematological, and immunological parameters of the blood of birds. This Biostimulant is a purified bovine spleen extract containing at least 1 mg / ml of low molecular weight peptides (nucleotides and nucleosides) formed as a result of autolysis, using dry whey and diatomite as fillers. Onthe application ofNucleostim, the gain in live weight of chickens was increased by 9.7%. At the end of the experiment, the livability of the chicks of the experimental group treated with Nucleostimcame up to 88%, compared with the 72% of the control group. The use of biostimulant had a stimulating effect on the liver of chickens confirmed by the research results presented in the article, as well as contributed to the development of the thymus in the setting of general dystrophy. Thus, it improved chicklivability and increased body weight gain. The biological stimulant-Nucleostim as an adaptogenic, anabolic, and immunostimulatory agent is promising for finding new drugs that improve the health and productivity of poultry.
