InhaltsubersichtI-,4rylalky1-2-acetyl-6-keto -9-carbomethoxy -10-hydroxydecahydroisochinoline (11) werden bereits durch verdiinnte Lauge bei Raumtemperatur zu den entsprechenden 9-Carbonsauren (V) verseift, die sich durch relativ hohe Aciditat auszeichnen. Diese und die Empfindlichkeit der Ester gegen Hydrolyse beruhen auf der G-Ketogruppe. Das l-Benzyl-2acetyl-9-carbomethoxy-lO-hydroxy-decahydroisochinolin (XIIIa) ist dementsprechend gegen verdiinnte Lauge bei Raumtemperatnr vollig stabil. Die l-Benzyl-Z-acetyl-6-keto-10hydroxy-decahydroisochinolin-9-carbonsaure (Va) entsteht auch bei der O-Alkylspaltung des entsprechenden tert.-butylesters ( I l I a ) oder durch Halolyse aus dem Methylester (Ira). I n konzentrierter Schwefelsaure geht sie in die l-Benzyl-2-acetyl-G-keto-~I~~~~-octahydroisochinolin-9-carbonsaure (VIa) iiber, die auch auf zwei weiteren Wegen erhalten wurde. Sowohl die ungesattigte Carboneaure V I a als auch die KetolsBuren lassen sich unter geeigneten Bedingungen glatt in I-Arylalkyl-Z-acetyl-G-keto-octahydroisochinoline uberfuhren, die als Gemische von a , j3-uud j3, y-konjugiertem Keton ( I X bzw. VIII) anfallen.Das l-Benz~l-2-acetyl-octahydroisochinolon-( 6)-d9J0 (VIIIa) gibt leicht ein Pyrrolidinenamin (VIIa) und ein Kondensationsprodukt mit Malodinitril (Xa), die auch aus der Ketolsliure V a unter Dehydratisierdng und Decarboxylierung entstehen. Die Lage der Doppelbindungen in diesen Verbindungen wird an Hand der UV-und IR-Spektren ermittelt.Bei der WoLFF-KISHNER-Reduktion des l-Benzyl-2-acetyl-octahydro-isochinolin-(6)-A9.'0 (VIIIa) erhalt man das bereits bekannte I-Benzyl-octahydro-isoch~nolin-d9~10, was den Gesamtverlauf unserer Synthese beweist. I n der vorhergehenden Mitteilungz) haben wir die Synthese von l-Carbalkoxy-2-arylalkyl-3-aza-bicyclo-[3,3,1]-nonanon-( 9)-Derivaten, von l-Arylalkyl-2-acetyl-6-keto-9-carbalkoxy-l0-hydroxy-decahydroisochinolinen und deren Dehydratisierungsprodukten bcschrieben (I, 11, 111, IV, ffbersicht I). Wie dort dargelegt, wurde damit ein einfacher Weg zur Darstellung von I-Arylalkyl-G-keto-octahydro-isochinolinderivaten ( I X bzw. VII1) gc-I) G. LANDSCHULZ bearbeitete die Reaktionen mit Pyrrolidin und Malodinitril (Teil der z, H. 0. G. BECXER, J. prakt,. Chem. 23, 259 (1964). Diplomarbeit, Dresden 1962). 3, V.
