The hazard property for disaster trigger factors of barrier lake risk refers to the natural variation factors and abnormal degree of the lake. Agricultural droughts occur frequently and cause severe losses in Liaoning province, especially in northwestern region where drought could happen 9 times during 10 years averagely. Drought characteristics are studied and drought situation is analyzed in northwestern Liaoning. Risk analysis method and research route of index frame are put forward so as to supply scientific evidences for drought relief and drought evaluation as well as take some measures to prevent drought.
The flow field variation and the riverbed deformation of Chengde reaches of Luanhe river before and after the construction of the embankment and dam engineering were studied by the river model test. The results showed that the dike layout was reasonable, the designed erosion control measures can resist the local scour, and the dam reduced the scouring. So the maximum erosion depth near the left and right dike was decreased by 3.0m and the average depth reduction was 0.9m. Under the dam project conditions, the deep scour pit at the dike toe with the maximum scouring depth of 4.0 - 5.0m was shaped. Such erosion control measures as the fuseplugspillway form is suggested to reduce the erosion significantly.
Using Skyline and GIS technology, true three-dimensional scene of the Wenchuan earthquake is built in the area affected by the "5.12" earthquake in Sichuan is. And then the system development and model structures are done by the application development software of Visual Studio 2005. The decision analysis platform is built including the functions of the dynamic monitoring based on remote sensing for dammed lake, the lake recognition and feature extraction for dammed lake (rapid identification, the calculation of barrier dam, storage capacity calculation), submergence analysis (upstream submerged analysis, downstream image evaluation), and the function of disaster assessment and risk assessment. It can provide support for the Monitoring, and Early-Warning and aid decision-making for dammed lake.
Water emergencies occur frequently in China, which serious influence the security of city water supply. An emergency dispatch model for urban water supply was conducted base on the water supply network graphs, the model can give emergency dispatch scheme of urban water supply using some operation rules as far as possible to ensure the safety of water supply or the least affected premise. Selecting Anyang as the experiment, the emergency dispatch system was developed. Provide technical support and decision-making platform to improve the emergency response capacity of city water supply emergencies.
