Die aliphatischen Aniidine l a -e reagieren mit Hydrazin innerhalb von 5-10 Minuten in nahezu quantitativer Ausbeute zu den Amidrazonen 2a-e ; bei aromatischen Amidinen (If, g) betragt die Reaktionszeit etwa 4 Stunden, wobei 2f bzw. g entsteht. Die Amidrazone 2a-g werden entweder als Hydrochloride isoliert oder durch Reaktion mit den 1.2-DioxoVerbindungen 3a-f als 1.2.4-Triazine (4a-0) nachgewiesen. Die Synthese der 1.2.4-Triazin-4-oxide la-j gelingt mit Hilfe folgender Methoden: 1) Reaktion von Hydrazidoximen (4) mit I .2-Dicarbonyl-Verbindungen 3; 2) Reaktion von Amidrazonen 2 mit Monoximen (z. B. 6) von 1.2-Dicarbonyl-Verbindungen; 3) Cyclisierung von Mono-2-athoxymethylen-hydrazonen (z. B. 13) von 1.2-Dicarhonyl-Verhindungen mit Hydroxylamin; 4) Cyclisierung von a-Hydrazono-oximen 15 rnit Orthocarbonsaureestern oder Imidoester-hydrochloriden. Synthesis of I,Z,I-Triazines, III 1). Synthesis of 1,2,4-Triuzine-4-oxidesThe synthesis o f the 1,2,4-triazine-4-oxides l a -j is accomplished by the following four methods: 1) reaction of hydrazide oximes (4) with 1,2-dicarbonyl compounds 3; 2) reaction of amidrazones 2 with monoximes (6) of 1,2-dicarbonyl compounds; 3) cyclisation of mono-2-ethoxymethylenehydrazones (13) of 1,2-dicarbonyl compounds with hydroxylamine; 4) cyclisation of a-hydrazono oximes 15 with carboxylic ortho esters or imidoester hydrochlorides.1 .2.4-Triazine sind, ebenso wie Pyridin und Diazine, Bunerst indifferent gegenuber elektrophilen Reagenzien. Es war jedoch zu erwarten, daB 1.2.4-Triazin-N-oxide leichter elektrophil zu substituieren sind. Da bisher nur sehr wenige 1.2.4-Triazin-N-oxide hekannt waren 2 ) , wollten wir einige Vertreter darstellen und ihre Eigenschaften untersuchen.Die Oxydation der 1.2.4-Triazine mit Persauren liefert keine N-Oxide * *), sondern 5-Hydroxy-1.2.4-triazine31, falls die 5-Stellung unsubstituiert ist.
Die Diffusion der Metalle Zn und Cd in Hg wurde untersuch~. Die hierfiir angewandte Methode, welche auf der Bestimmung yon Konzentrationsi~nderungen durch Messung der elektrischen Leitf~higkeit beruht, wird beschrieben. Die ftir Zn und Cd erhMtenen Diffusionskoeffizienten werden angegeben und mit den seitherigen Messungen -verglichen.
Die Amidrazone 1 bilden mit 1.3-Dicarbonyl-Verbindungen vom Typ 4 keine 1.2.4-Triazepine sondern offenkettige Kondensationsprodukte (6) oder Pyrazole (7).
