Background: Congenital disorders are a global problem with a greater incidence in developing countries. Knowing the presence of congenital abnormalities in pregnancy is a bad experience that is very unpleasant. In fact, it is Bed Breaking News which is very difficult for a pregnant woman to accept. A special approach is needed to inform patients and their families. Especially if the pregnancy termination will be carried out. Methods: A case report of a 26-year-old second pregnant woman, with multiple congenital fetal anomaly Results and Discussion: The mental stress experienced before and after the termination of pregnancy proved to be a serious problem. Knowing that there are congenital and multiple abnormalities in the baby they are carrying, pregnant women experience shock, sadness, and do not want to accept it, let alone termination of pregnancy. The patient even had time to seek a second opinion to reassure him. After the termination of pregnancy, the patient has just entered a recovery period and is gradually improving. Conclusion: Although it takes time, the patient is ready to accept the results of the examination and agrees to terminate the pregnancy.
This research aims to analyze the effect of voluntary simplicity on purchase intention mediated by environmental concern . The research conducted was descriptive quantitative research by distributing questionnaires. This study uses the hypothesis testing method. Hypothesis testing uses the Structural Equation Model (SEM) with AMOS 25 software. The data in this study were collected from 200 respondents in DKI Jakarta. With the withdrawal method using Purposive Sampling. The results of hypothesis testing in this study show that there is an influence of voluntary simplicity on purchase intention and environmental concern mediate the effect between voluntary simplicity and purchase intention. From the results of this study it is hoped that it can provide input for company managers so that they can pay attention to the factors that might help to increase the selling. Background: The non-optimal implementation of patient discharge planning is still an important problem in reforming the care system. This non-optimality will have an impact on increasing the length of stay, high patient recurrence rates, and decreasing levels of patient satisfaction and loyalty.Purpose: to explore in-depth experiences of nurses related to nurses' perceptions, support and obstacles in carrying out patient discharge planning.Methods: This research is a qualitative research with a phenomenological approach. Participants in this study were the implementing nurses and team leaders who worked in inpatient rooms. Recruitment of participants is carried out by providing electronic recruitment leaflets to the head of the room. Data analysis used the thematic analysis of the Collaizi method which consisted of six stages, namely preparation of transcripts, coding, categories, themes, interpretation and validation.Results: The results of this study contained 6 (six) themes, namely: 1) The purpose of the patient discharge action plan; 2) The process of carrying out discharge planning at the hospital; 3) SOP for implementation of discharge planning is carried out from the beginning of the patient's treatment; 4) Factors influencing discharge planning; 5) Nurse's motivation in carrying out discharge planning; 6) Obstacles for nurses related to planning to go home which is often overlooked due to the high mobility of nurses and not having time to write.Conclusion: The most important continuity of nursing care activities, one of which is the implementation of discharge planning in accordance with the SOP by involving all health workers and documented from the time the patient enters the treatment room until the patient is planned to go home.Keywords: Patient Discharge Planning, Nursing Care Management, Military Hospital, Qualitative
