ZusammenfassungAus insgesamt 35 Werken (eine Quelle wurde noch nicht ausgewertet) wurden Symptome und Folgen von Campylobacter-Infektionen extrahiert und nach dem Kopf-zu-Fuß-Schema zusammengestellt. Damit soll die Voraussetzung geschaffen werden, sowohl die akuten als auch die chronischen Erscheinungen dieser Krankheit, also deren spezifische Eigenheiten, erkennen zu können sowie den Grundstein zu legen, Campylobacter im Falle einer Campylobacter-Pathologie als Nosode anzuwenden.
Mit der Pathogenese eines Arzneimittels ist im Rahmen dieses Kapitels das Erzeugen und Hervorbringen sowohl von Arzneikrankheitssymptomen als auch von Heilreaktionen bei natürlichen Krankheiten gemeint.
Die Flut "miasmatischer" Literatur erweckt den Eindruck, das Miasma sei ein Thema der Homöopathiedem ist nicht so: das Miasma war ein Begriff der Medizin. Zur Zeit Hahnemanns war der Medizin das Miasma ein geläufiger Begriff, dessen sich Hahnemann bediente, als er seine Entdeckung der chronischen Krankheit der medizinischen Welt mitteilen wollte. Mit dem Miasma − "eigentlich die Verunreinigung, etwas Verunreinigendes, die Unreinigkeit, ein sich in der Luft entwickelnder Krankheitsstoff" [36] − versucht die Medizin, Phänomene der Krankheitsentstehung und -übertragung begreiflich zu machen. Je unschärfer der Begriff Miasma gedacht wurde, umso fantasievoller waren die Vorstellungen über die Entstehung und Verbreitung von Krankheiten. "Im letzteren Sinne war das Miasma ein systematischer Grundbegriff der alten Seuchenlehre und ein Mädchen für alles geworden" [57: 474]. Dem "aus flüchtigen, in ihrer chemischen Zusammensetzung unbekannten, deleteren, in der Luft sich verbreitenden Theilchen" [65: 302] bestehenden Miasma wurde das mit ihm konkurrierende Contagium zur Seite gestellt. Im Gegensatz zum Miasma, wo sich krank machende Ausdünstungen als schlechte Luft (Malaria) verbreiteten, bedurfte es beim Contagium des Kontaktes, damit ein Krankheitsstoff von einem Menschen zum anderen übertragen werden konnte. An den Auseinandersetzungen für und wider Miasmen oder Contagium beteiligte sich auch Hahnemann, z.B. in seinem Artikel … über die Ansteckungsart der asiatischen Cholera [18: 814]. Durch eine systematische Darstellung des zu seiner Zeit vorhandenen Wissens über Krankheiten versuchte Jakob Henle Licht in das Dunkel der Entstehung und Verbreitung von Krankheiten zu bringen. In seiner Jugendschrift [21] äußerte er seine Unzufriedenheit, dass sich mit Miasma und Contagium die vielfältigen Phänomene der Krankheitsentstehung nicht hinreichend beschreiben lassen, und in seinem Handbuch der rationellen Zusammenfassung Miasma ist kein Begriff der Homöopathie, sondern der Medizin allgemein und soll beschreiben, wie eine Krankheit zum Menschen kommt. Hahnemann hatte Miasma im Sinne der Medizin benutzt, während J.H. Allen daraus einen metaphysischen Begriff machte. Mit der Entdeckung der Mikroorganismen ersetzte die Medizin das Miasma durch die Infektion, dem sich Allen aus ideologischen Gründen widersetzte. Seither benutzt die Homöopathie das Miasma in einer Weise, wie die Medizin es nie gedacht hatte, und verhindert damit die Beschäftigung mit den chronischen Krankheiten auf der Basis unseres heutigen Wissens. Mikroorganismen ausschließlich aus Sicht der Infektion zu betrachten, führt zu einem Feindbild, das ihre Bedeutung im Prozess der Evolution völlig verzerrt darstellt. Zusammenfassung Miasma als medizinischer Begriff sollte urspr?nglich das Ph?nomen der Krankheits?bertragung begreifbar machen. Als die Medizin die Mikroorganismen als Krankheitsverursacher erkannte, ersetzte sie den Begriff Miasma durch Infektion. Verstand man in der Medizin Miasma als stofflichen ?bertr?ger, erfuhr es in der Hom?opathie einen Bedeutungswandel hin zu einem metaphysischen Begriff, der sich naturwissenschaftlicher Forschung entzog. Die chronischen Krankheiten wurden fortan chronische Miasmen genannt. Auf dem Gebiet chronischer Krankheiten wurde nicht mehr geforscht, sondern in der Art von Schriftgelehrten Exegese der kanonisierten Schriften betrieben.
Zusammenfassung Borrelien sind nicht nur Krankheitserreger, sondern waren im Rahmen der Evolution auch Lieferanten f?r wichtige Baupl?ne der eukaryoten Zellen. Die von ihnen verursachte Krankheit verl?uft chronisch, ist sehr vielgestaltig und kann mit anderen Krankheiten assoziiert sein. Um Borrelia als Nosode anwenden zu k?nnen, bedarf es einer Materia medica. Aufgrund der charakteristischen Eigenschaften des R?ckfallfiebers, der Borreliose fr?herer Zeiten, werden 4 F?lle vorgestellt, bei denen Borrelia als Nosode hilfreich war.
