Intensi berwirausaha merupakan landasan dasar bagi seseorang untuk berwirausaha. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis model panutan sebagai penentu intensi berwirausaha, sekaligus menguji pengaruh model panutan terhadap beberapa variabel terkait dengan perilaku seperti sikap, norma subjektif, dan kendali perilaku. Teori perilaku terencana (theory of planned behavior) digunakan sebagai dasar untuk pengujian model yang memengaruhi intensi berwirausaha mahasiswa. Convenience sampling sebagai Teknik pengambilan sampel digunakan dalam penelitian ini dengan menggunakan sampel 330 responden mahasiswa Universitas Tarumanagara dari Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis serta mahasiswa Fakultas Seni Rupa dan Disain. Berdasarkan data yang digunakan, dipilih teknik pengolahan data dengan metode analisis data Partial Least Square - Structural Equation Modelling (PLS-SEM). Hasil pengujian dalam penelitian ini diperoleh hasil bahwa model panutan tidak berpengaruh secara langsung terhadap intensi berwirausaha, namun model panutan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap sikap berwirausaha, norma subjektif serta kendali perilaku. Selanjutnya intensi berwirausaha mahasiswa dipengaruhi secara positif dan signifikan oleh variabel sikap berwirausaha, demikian pula intensi berwirausaha mahasiswa dipengaruhi secara positif dan signifikan dari variabel norma subjektif serta kendali perilaku. Dalam penelitian ini diperoleh hasil bahwa sikap, norma subjektif dan kendali perilaku mampu berperan sebagai mediasi pengaruh model panutan terhadap intensi berwirausaha. Berdasarkan hasil hipotesis sebelumnya meskipun model panutan tidak berpengaruh secara langsung dan signifikan terhadap intensi berwirausaha, namun intensi berwirausaha dipengaruhi oleh model panutan ketika ditambahkan variabel mediasi sikap, norma subjektif dan kendali perilaku, di mana ketiga variabel tersebut mampu memediasi penuh terhadap intensi berwirausaha mahasiswa. Berdasarkan kesimpulan penelitian ini diharapkan dapat berkontribusi di dalam peningkatan serta pembelajaran kewirausahaan di universitas dengan salah satu sasarannya adalah membangun intensi berwirausaha mahasiswa. Entrepreneurial intention is the basic foundation for someone to become an entrepreneur. The purpose of this paper is to examine the role model as a determinant of entrepreneurial intention, as well as to examine the role model for attitudes, subjective norms, and behavioral control. The theory of planned behavior is used as a basis for testing behavioral models in testing the determinants of students' entrepreneurial intentions. This study used convenience sampling technique and used a sample of 330 respondents from Tarumanagara University students from the Faculty of Economics and Business and students from the Faculty of Fine Arts and Design. Data processing is done by using data analysis method Partial Least Square - Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). Furthermore, based on the test results, it was found that the role model had no direct effect on entrepreneurial intentions, but the role model had a positive and significant effect on entrepreneurial attitudes, on subjective norms and on behavioral control. Furthermore, entrepreneurial attitudes have a positive and significant effect on entrepreneurial intentions, as well as subjective norms and behavioral control have a positive and significant effect on students' entrepreneurial intentions. In this study, it was found that attitudes, subjective norms and behavioral control were able to mediate role models for entrepreneurship intentions. Based on the results of the previous hypothesis, although the role model does not significantly affect the entrepreneurial intention, the role model becomes able to influence the entrepreneurial intention when added mediating variables of attitude, subjective norm and behavioral control, where the three variables are able to fully mediate the entrepreneurial intention of students. The results of this study are expected to contribute to the development of entrepreneurship learning at universities with one of the targets being to build students' entrepreneurial intentions.
The purpose of this study was to analyse the key motivations that encourage entrepreneurship among women in the Greater Jakarta Area, Indonesia. The number of female entrepreneurs has been increasing in recent years. Potential success through entrepreneurial acts is also open for the females. Furthermore, this study examined the effect of entrepreneurial motivation on business success. Research data was collected through the survey which involved 125 female entrepreneurs running home industries in the Greater Jakarta Area. The result of this study was expected to provide an overview of the motivation underlying female entrepreneurs in starting their business and how big their opprtunities to gain success in business. The biggest entrepreneurial motivation of these females was to gain financial security, followed by finding the business opportunity and generating lots of money. By knowing the entrepreneurial motivation as well as the opportunity of business success, women who want to start a business in the future could consider what opportunities of success they can achieve with the motivation they have.
This research focuses on measuring the destination awareness of domestic tourists in a number of tourist destinations in Indonesia. Questionnaire-based survey was conducted by researchers to find out how domestic tourists' destination awareness of tourist destinations: Borobudur, Monas, Ulundanu Temple, Tana Toraja, and Muaro Jambi Temple. The main purpose of this destination awareness measurement is to confirm presupposition that in general there are still very limited domestic tourists who are aware of Muaro Jambi Temple as one of tourist’s destination in Indonesia. Research hypothesis is proposed with the allegation that there are differences in the destination awareness of domestic tourists towards the tourist destinations of Borobudur, Monas, Ulundanu Temple, Tana Toraja, and Muaro Jambi Temples. Muaro Jambi Temple is suspected to have the lowest level of awareness compared to other tourist destinations. The hypothesis in this study is supported by data, the level of awareness of domestic tourists over Muaro Jambi Temple is lower than the level of awareness of the Borobudur, Monas, Ulundanu Temples, and Tana Toraja. Theoretically the results of this study bring scientific contributions related to the field of destination marketing, specifically related to the destination awareness of a domestic tourist destination. Practically, the results of this study can become the basis for establishing destination marketing policies aimed at increasing domestic tourist awareness of various tourist destination in Indonesia. Penelitian ini berfokus pada pengukuran destination awareness wisatawan domestik sejumlah destinasi wisata di Indonesia. Survei berbasis kuesioner dilakukan oleh peneliti untuk mengetahui bagaimana destination awareness wisatawan domestik terhadap destinasi wisata Candi Borobudur, Monas, Pura Ulundanu, Tana Toraja, dan Candi Muaro Jambi. Tujuan utama pengukuran destination awareness ini adalah untuk mendapatkan dukungan terhadap dugaan peneliti bahwa secara umum wisatawan domestik yang mengenal Candi Muaro Jambi sebagai pilihan destinasi wisata di Indonesia masih sangat terbatas. Hipotesis dalam penelitian ini diajukan dengan dugaan bahwa terdapat perbedaan destination awareness wisatawan domestik terhadap destinasi wisata Candi Borobudur, Monas, Pura Ulundanu, Tana Toraja, dan Candi Muaro Jambi. Candi Muaro Jambi diduga memiliki tingkat awareness yang paling rendah dibandingkan dengan destinasi wisata lain yang diteliti. Hipotesis dalam penelitian ini didukung oleh data, tingkat awareness wisatawan domestik atas Candi Muaro Jambi lebih rendah dibandingkan dengan tingkat awareness atas Candi Borobudur, Monas, Pura Ulundanu, dan Tana Toraja. Secara teoretis, hasil penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi ilmiah terkait dengan bidang pemasaran destinasi, khususnya terkait dengan destination awareness suatu destinasi wisata domestik. Secara praktis, hasil penelitian ini dapat menjadi dasar pembentukan kebijakan pemasaran destinasi yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan awareness wisatawan domestik terhadap berbagai destinasi wisata yang ada di Indonesia.

Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif dan menggunakan kuesioner untuk pengumpulan data. Jumlah sampel yang diperoleh dengan metode convenience sampling adalah sebanyak 372 mahasiswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis data Structural Equation Modeling – Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel efikasi diri kewirausahaan dan dukungan sosial memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap intensi kewirausahaan sosial. Variabel dukungan edukasi memiliki pengaruh positif yang lemah dan tidak signifikan terhadap intensi kewirausahaan sosial. This study aims to empirically examine the effect of entrepreneurial self-efficacy, social support and educational support on social entrepreneurial intentions. The research design used was quantitative research and used a questionnaire for data collection. The number of samples obtained by the convenience sampling method amounted to 372 students. This study uses Structural Equation Modeling – Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) as the data analysis techniques. The results showed that entrepreneurial self-efficacy and social support variables had a positive and significant effect on social entrepreneurial intentions. The educational support variable has a weakly positive and insignificant effect on social entrepreneurship intentions.
