Na última década, os problemas ambientais cada vez mais graves atraíram muita atenção dos governos e do setor público. O controle de emissão de carbono tornou-se um desafio global para profissionais e pesquisadores. Nesse cenário, o objetivo deste estudo foi realizar uma análise bibliométrica da produção científica sobre Créditos de Carbono, na base de dados Web of Science, no período compreendido de 2012 a 2021. Esta pesquisa classifica-se como descritiva e quantitativa. Os dados foram coletados na base de dados Web of Science mediante acesso ao Portal de Periódicos da Coordenação de Aperfeiçoamento de Pessoal de Nível Superior, com recorte temporal entre 01 de janeiro de 2012 a 31 de dezembro de 2021. Foram utilizados para a análise dos dados os softwares RStudio® e VOSviewer® e os pacotes bibliométricos Bibliometrix e Biblioshiny. Como resultados, identificou-se 160 artigos, sendo que as maiores produções científicas acerca da temática são oriundas dos Estados Unidos da América, China, Índia e Brasil. O ano de 2021 possui os documentos mais citados seguidos de 2018. As fontes mais citadas, são: Journal of Cleaner Production seguido de Energy Policy. As principais coocorrências de palavras-chave são: créditos de carbono, modelo, emissões e energia. Com relação à coautoria entre países, têm-se a prevalência de China, Estados Unidos da América e Alemanha. Já os autores mais relevantes, são: Tiwari GN, em primeiro lugar entre todos os autores, seguido por Agrawal S. e Wang Y. Com relação a cocitação entre autores, houve prevalência da(e): UNFCCC; IPCC; Tsao, YC; Agrawal, S.; e, Fearnside, PM Quanto aos estudos mais citados globalmente nos últimos dez anos em âmbito internacional, têm-se: Simin AN (2021); Corante CY (2015); e Agrawal S. (2013). Por fim, conclui-se que este estudo visa aprimorar a base de conhecimento sobre Créditos de Carbono e campo de estudos relacionados.
Neste estudo buscou-se analisar as operações financeiras e o gerenciamento atual do Fundo Estadual de Recursos Hídricos do Amazonas, instrumento da Política Estadual de Recursos Hídricos. Com relação aos procedimentos metodológicos empregados, a pesquisa caracteriza-se qualitativa e exploratória, por meio de um estudo de caso, subsidiada pelas análises bibliográficas e documentais. Os resultados encontrados apontam que o regimento interno do fundo traz procedimentos necessários para sua operacionalização, no entanto, algumas questões deixam de ser previstas, entre elas a constituição das receitas do fundo. Em relação às receitas e despesas que fizeram parte do fundo, elas eram oriundas do PROGESTÃO - 1o. Ciclo. No que se refere às receitas que deixam de integrar o fundo, destacam-se as compensações financeiras pela exploração mineral e pela utilização de recursos hídricos e as multas aplicadas com base na Lei no. 3.167/2007. Outras que poderiam integrar, mas que não estão previstas, são os royalties do petróleo e do gás natural. Conclui-se que, estes obstáculos resultaram na operacionalização insatisfatória do fundo em decorrência de um sistema estadual de gerenciamento de recursos hídricos que necessita de fortalecimento e consolidação, além de um conselho estadual de recursos hídricos atuante nessa questão.
O marco legal das Indicações Geográficas (IGs) no Brasil se deu pela promulgação da Lei n. 9.279/96, que regula os direitos e as obrigações sobre propriedade industrial e intelectual no país. Nesse cenário, a finalidade do estudo foi realizar o levantamento das IGs, nas modalidades Indicação de Procedência (IP) e Denominação de Origem (DO), registradas e os pedidos em andamento junto ao Instituto Nacional da Propriedade Industrial (IMPI), no período compreendido de 1999 a 2021. É uma pesquisa bibliográfica e exploratória, na qual se realizou levantamento dos pedidos de IG no Brasil, analisando-as por regiões brasileiras e por Unidades Federativas. Os resultados apontam que, dos 26 estados mais o Distrito Federal, contabilizou-se 97 registros de IGs até o ano de 2021, dos quais 68 são IPs, todas nacionais, e 29 são DOs, das quais nove são estrangeiras. Por fim, quanto às solicitações de registro, quase 80% são para o reconhecimento de IPs.
