Reporte de caso RESUMEN Los schwannomas son tumores degenerados de la vaina del nervio periférico que muy raramente se presentan a nivel del musculo del psoas. Generalmente alcanzan grandes proporciones antes de producir síntomas por efecto masa. Exponemos un caso y revisamos la escasa literatura sobre este tipo de lesiones y la variedad ancient schwannoma que presentaba nuestra paciente.
