ResumenEn este trabajo se describe el diseño, desarrollo y evaluación de un potenciostato de bajo costo para la cuantificación de sustancias química mediante biosensores amperométricos. El instrumento hace uso de amplificadores operacionales (opamps) y, una etapa de conversión analógica-digital con un display digital para determinar la corriente de oxidación de ferrocianuro de potasio. El equipo desarrollado fue evaluado con un electrodo de carbón vítreo y electrodos serigráficos de carbono en buffer de fosfatos 0.1 M en NaCl 0.1 M pH = 7.0. Los resultados de las mediciones del potenciostato son equivalentes a los obtenidos mediante un instrumento comercial y en ambos casos se ubican en el rango de los nanoamperes, destacando así su alta sensibilidad.Palabras Clave: Potenciostato nanoamperométrico, biosensores electroquímicos, opamp.
Los circuitos integrados VLSI (gran escala de integración), son aquellos que se caracterizan por sus dimensiones extremadamente pequeñas, constituidos principalmente por transistores de efecto de campo de metal óxido semiconductor (MOSFET), cuyas longitudes de canal son inferiores al micrómetro, permitiendo integrar un mayor número de transistores en un solo diseño. En el presente trabajo, se diseña una compuerta NAND basada en la tecnología CMOS en la herramienta L-Edit de Tanner Eda, realizando los cálculos matemáticos necesarios para la determinación de las relaciones W, L de los transistores MOSFET, siguiendo las reglas de diseño establecidas al momento del diseño del respectivo layout. Para la creación de bibliotecas de diseño y su posterior utilización en circuitos integrados más grandes y complejos.
En este trabajo se describe el diseño, elaboración y evaluación de sensores de conductividad electrolítica, utilizando diferentes concentraciones molares del compuesto cloro{di-(2-piridil)fenil-2-sulfanilmetanimina}paladio(II) [Pd(C6H4NCS)(C5H4N)2Cl], en solución de dimetilsulfóxido (DMSO). Para la evaluación de la efectividad de los electrodos se utilizaron circuitos de amplificación (opamp) y transistores de tecnología CMOS (NMOS). La validación de estas mediciones se utilizará en el desarrollo de biosensores y su posible aplicación en la construcción de una lengua electrónica, para la detección de glucosa sanguínea.
