In opposition to the historic achievements of art educators in relation to presence of art at school, the reform of secondary education silenced voices, removed rights and, by devaluing the teaching of art, opened up loopholes for making more precarious both the work of teachers and the possibilities of knowledge that art promotes in education.
No Brasil, além dos cursos de licenciatura em arte, o curso de pedagogia também é responsável pela formação de professores que atuam no ensino de arte no primeiro ciclo do ensino fundamental. Pensando nessa e em outras questões, profissionais que atuam na docência da disciplina de arte nos cursos de pedagogia, em diversos estados brasileiros, criaram o Grupo de Pesquisa Arte na Pedagogia. Neste artigo, problematizamos a presença da interculturalidade na formação do pedagogo. O território de Arte & Cultura (MARTINS e PICOSQUE, 2010), ao dialogar com a interdisciplinaridade e a mediação cultural, nos ajuda a ampliar a discussão sobre a importância das artes e da cultura na formação do pedagogo que atuará no ensino da arte.
Considerando, que ainda em 2021, muitos docentes desconhecem a Lei 10.639 de 2003 e a Lei 11.645 de 2008, leis que estabelecem a obrigatoriedade da temática “História e cultura afro-brasileira e indígena” no currículo oficial da rede de ensino, em especial nas áreas de Educação Artística, Literatura e Histórias Brasileiras, objetiva-se nesse trabalho apresentar uma possibilidade de capacitação para os professores da rede de ensino da cidade de Niterói/RJ oferecendo recursos para trabalhar a cultura, a história e a memória afro-brasileira nas escolas. Para tanto, procede-se à pesquisa-ação, refletindo sobre o planejamento, a implementação, o monitoramento e a avaliação do curso de capacitação intitulado “Cultura afro-brasileira combatendo o racismo em sala de aula: reflexões e estratégias de ensino” ofertado no 1º semestre de 2021, por uma instituição de ensino federal. Desse modo, observa-se que a maioria dos concluintes do curso de extensão se autodeclararam como negros ou pardos, o que permite concluir que ainda há uma grande parcela de docentes brancos, que são a maioria na cidade de Niterói, a serem atingidos. Ademais, não podemos deixar de destacar o efeito da pandemia mundial causada pelo novo coronavírus sobre trabalho docente, que precisou conciliá-lo com um curso extra.
O artigo tem como objetivo central resgatar, analisar e compreender a atuação do Sindicato Negro, considerada a primeira posse do rap brasileiro surgida em 1988, na Praça Roosevelt na região central da cidade de São Paulo. Reunidos em coletivos chamados posses, os rappers paulistanos passaram a exercer suas identidades em lugares externos, levando para o espaço público uma prática de construção de identidade que apenas era tolerada em locais fechados e privados. O trabalho é estruturado a partir da análise de documentos tanto institucionais quanto os produzidos pelos atores envolvidos no fenômeno investigado, entrevistas semiestruturadas, revisão bibliográfica e pesquisa de campo ancorada numa abordagem etnográfica. Acreditamos que o ato de registrar e analisar a experiência do rap paulistano possibilita trazer à tona práticas sociais ignoradas pela cultura hegemônica. De tal modo, coloca-se uma problemática: a da invisibilidade de atores sociais da experiência do rap paulistano e a urgência do registro textual de tais experiências que revelam pontos de resistência ao status quo e ao silenciamento dos grupos que atuam à margem do poder constituído.
