RESUMOO fortalecimento dos músculos do assoalho pélvico está relacionado com o aumento do fluxo sanguíneo pélvico, consciência, força e coordenação perineal, sendo um importante fator a ser analisado na função dos músculos do assoalho pélvico (MAPs) e na satisfação sexual. Estudos sugerem que o fortalecimento com cones vaginais possa ser benéfico quando comparado com nenhum treinamento. O objetivo do estudo foi avaliar o efeito de um programa de exercícios progressivos de fortalecimento utilizando as bolinhas de Ben Wa BenDell® (30 e 50g) em mulheres jovens nulíparas sobre a função dos MAPs e satisfação sexual. A pesquisa foi aprovada pelo Comitê de Ética em Pesquisa, protocolo (N° 4.463.276). Trata-se de um estudo de campo que contou com uma amostra de conveniência formada por acadêmicas (n= 7), onde foi avaliada a satisfação sexual (pelo Questionário QSF) e a função dos músculos do assoalho pélvico antes e após um programa de exercícios com as bolinhas de Ben Wa. O programa de exercícios foi supervisionado por uma fisioterapeuta e foi composto por 10 sessões de 40-50 minutos de duração, duas vezes na semana, em dias não consecutivos, através da plataforma do Google Meet. O grau de dificuldade progrediu de acordo com o posições adotadas, o número de repetições, o tempo de contração sustentada e o peso das bolinhas (30g e 50g). Após as 10 sessões, as voluntárias foram reavaliadas pela mesma pesquisadora. O resultado da pesquisa mostrou que 57,10% tiveram melhora no grau de força dos MAPs, 28,6% apresentaram melhora na resistência desses músculos, 42,9% tiveram melhora das contrações rápidas, além da melhora da satisfação sexual, comparando-se antes e depois do programa de exercícios para os MAPs. Dessa forma, o treinamento dos MAPs com as bolinhas de Ben Wa BenDell® proporcionaram melhora da função e satisfação sexual em mulheres jovens nulíparas em todos os aspectos avaliados, comparando-se antes e depois de um programa de exercícios.
