The growing perfume business is driven by the dynamic level of needs and tastes of the community, currently perfume is a necessity that is being sought by the community in maintaining a level of self-confidence so that it encourages perfume shop owners to continue to innovate and think of sales tricks in the right way to survive in market competition. . This study took the consumer population of the Galerie Parfume Shop, which amounted to 742 consumers. The sample of this study amounted to 88 people consisting of teenagers to the elderly. The type of study used is qualitative using data collection techniques in the form of interviews, documentation and literature studies. This study aims to see what makes consumers buy perfume at the Galeri Parfume shop. The results of this study indicate that product quality, consumer purchasing power, and the existence of a member system greatly influence consumer decisions to buy perfume. This study aims to analyze the role of work motivation and work environment in employee performance at the Medan City Trade Office. The method used in this research is a detailed qualitative method that leads to an in-depth description and description of the actual situation in the field. This study uses an open interview technique that is shown directly to employees of the trade department in the field of development and foreign trade. The results of this study indicate that the role of work motivation and work environment in employee performance at the Medan City Trade Office in the field of development and foreign trade affects the performance of employees. This is shown by the attitude of kinship and mutual assistance in carrying out tasks and discussing the program in deliberation. So that the increase in class, promotion and the results of their successful performance increase the motivation of employees so that they have good performance. Every child is born with His nature, and children are entitled to good education and upbringing to build their character. Parents have a crucial role in forming a child's character. Parents become role models for their children, so they must choose a good parenting pattern. In addition to parenting provided by parents, the environment is also one of the influences in forming children's character. This study aims to determine the influence of parents' parenting on children's emotional development. The sample of this study consisted of 15 parents and 15 children aged 12-20 years, using a quantitative survey method that focuses on the views between parents and children. This study indicates that there is indeed an influence caused by choice of parenting patterns on children's emotional development.
