The Indonesian Financial Services Authority (Otoritas Jasa Keuangan) states that the financial literacy increase will be followed by developing the financial inclusion index. Nevertheless, the level of public financial literacy is still far behind the financial inclusion index. Perpres No. 82 of 2016 concerning the National Inclusive Finance Strategy sets a target of 75% of the adult population to access financial services in 2019. As information technology develops and internet penetration rates rapidly emerge, digital financial services emerge that make it easier for people to obtain financial services called financial technology. The increasing use of financial technology is one of the drivers for increasing national financial inclusion. This study aims to investigate studies of financial inclusion, financial literacy, both from knowledge, behavior, and financial attitudes, and financial technology. The research is a literature study research examining thirty journals and reports related to Financial Inclusion, Financial Literacy, and Financial Technology. Formed on the respondents' characteristics, gender, age, education, and occupation had an impact on increasing financial inclusion, financial literacy, and financial technology in Indonesia. Many people use financial products and services without having a good knowledge of the functions, how to choose the right according to needs, and do not know the risks of the products used. Recommendation from this is a strategy strategic of the respondents' characteristics is needed in increasing financial inclusion.
This article discusses the efforts of the East Kalimantan Government handling cases of development of micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) during the COVID-19. The handling strategy can be assessed by understanding the measures, steps, and policies formulated and implemented by the East Kalimantan government. A deliberative policy analysis approach was used to analyze this case. This approach analyzes the narratives and arguments of the authorities to understand decision-making and policy implementation. The writing of this article uses a qualitative approach by utilizing the descriptive analysis method. The data collection technique used is a literature study using books, journal articles, newspapers, online news, and traditional institutions' websites. First, this paper's essential findings are reallocation and refocusing of the Covid-19 Budget for the cost of economic stimulus to strengthen capital for affected businesses and small industry players. Second, relaxation and credit restructuring. Third, the temporary closure policy for cafes or restaurants is due to residents' ignorance or non-compliance with government calls regarding health protocols. As a result, efforts to deal with it have stalled because the wider community does not support it. Combining these three factors complicates the provincial government's efforts to deal with MSMEs' development during the COVID-19 pandemic in East Kalimantan. Policy recommendations for the recovery of MSMEs in East Kalimantan Province, namely increasing the role of Indagkop through fostering and educating MSMEs in utilizing technology to sell online and the one-door policy for MSMEs.
Seiring dengan lahirnya Permendesa PDTT Nomor 4 Tahun 2015 semakin memberikan peluang bagi desa dalam mengembangkan potensi ekonomi melalui BUMDes. Badan Usaha Milik Desa merupakan badan usaha yang didirikan dengan tujuan untuk membantu perekonomian dan mensejahterakan kehidupan masyarakat desa. Dalam mencapai tujuan tersebut, BUMDes harusnya memiliki pengelolaan yang profesional agar mampu bersaing dengan badan usaha lainnya. Salah satunya, BUMDes Mulya Bersama yang terletak di Desa Mulawarman Kabupaten Kutai Kartanegara. Melalui dukungan dari pemerintah desa, BUMDes ini mulai menjalankan kegiatan operasionalnya pada beberapa industri rumahan yang potensial untuk dikembangkan. Permasalahan Administrasi dan Pemasaran masih menjadi kendala dalam mengembangkan bisnis karena pengetahuan terkait hal tersebut masih relatif rendah. Pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberdayakan BUMDes dengan memberikan pelatihan Administrasi dan Pemasaran dengan mitra sasaran BUMDes Mulya Bersama, PKK Desa Mulawarman. Output yang diharapkan dari kegiatan ini adalah agar para pengurus BUMdes dapat memahami mengenai administrasi dan pemasaran serta memiliki keahlian untuk mengimplementasikan secara langsung dalam kegiatan BUMDes.
Salah satu faktor majunya suatu negara dapat dilihat dari banyaknya wirausahawan di negara tersebut, semakin banyak jumlah wirausahawan semakin besar harapan masyarakat dapat memperoleh pekerjaan sesuai dengan keahlian, sehingga dapat mengangkat derajat hidup masyarakat suatu negara, karena akan tercipta lapangan pekerjaan dan akan mengurangi tingkat pengangguran. Pemerintah telah mencoba melakukan salah satu usaha dengan memasukkan kewirausahaan menjadi mata pelajaran/mata kuliah baik dalam Sekolah hingga pada Pendidikan Tinggi untuk meningkatkan jiwa kewirausahaan. SMKN I Samarinda merupakan termasuk salah satu sekolah yang menyelenggarakan mata pelajaran Kewirausahaan untuk semua Jurusan, namun pada Jurusan Marketing mata pelajaran lain yang ada seharusnya dapat mendukung keberhasilan mata pelajaran kewirausahaan beserta praktiknya. Keberhasilan dalam menempuh mata pelajaran dan juga praktiknya dinilai sama dengan Jurusan lainnya. Sosialisasi pengembangan jiwa kewirausahaan berupa pemberian informasi seperti rancangan bisnis, pengelolaan bisnis dan testimoni keberhasilan para wirausaha muda dirasa perlu diberikan untuk menambah motivasi Siswa/Siswi SMKN I Samarinda, sehingga dapat menambah pengetahuan yang ada saat mempelajari mata pelajaran kewirausahaan dan mata kuliah lain yang berkaitan serta pacsa menempuh praktikum agar dapat diterapkan hingga di kemudian hari. Pengembangan jiwa entrepreneur diharapkan dapat menumbuhkan semangat berwirausaha dan meningkatkan perekonomian Siswa/Siswi baik sebelum atau setelah lulus nantinya hingga dapat membuka lapangan pekerjaan di kemudian hari.

There are several business models, but the one most often used by business actors is the Business Model Canvas or what we usually know (BMC). According to several studies, the Business Model Canvas is a business model that can still be developed into a more detailed business model and better mapping. Then from the Business Model Canvas, a new business model was developed, namely the Business Road Map, to win the market competition. Business Road Map is a pattern or Business Mapping Method to build a business model/business plan capable of creating growth over time.
