TUİK 2013 verilerine göre kadının iş hayatındaki oranı, toplam işgücüne oranla oldukça düşük kaldığı gözlemlenmiştir. Çalışma ile birlikte kadınların çalışma hayatındaki yeri, ergonomik açıdan mevcut durumları ve beklentileri sağlık çalışanları örneği ile irdelenerek ele alınmıştır. Bu çalışmada, kadın çalışanların çalışma ortamlarından memnun olup olmadıkları, beklentilerinin saptanması ve en çok hangi konuda rahatsızlık duydukları özel hastane-devlet hastanesi kriteri göz önünde bulundurularak değerlendirilmiştir. Araştırma; seçilmiş özel bir hastane, bir devlet hastanesi ve sağlık ocağında farklı iş gruplarından oluşan 130 kişiye anket uygulayarak ve bu anketlerin cevaplarına analiz uygulaması yapılarak gerçekleştirilmiştir. Çalışanların ankete verdikleri yanıtlar SPSS analiz yöntemiyle değerlendirilmiştir. Anket üç kısım ve bu üç kısımdaki toplam 49 sorudan oluşturulmuştur. Birinci kısımda; kadın işgücünün demografik özelliklerini tanımlama, ikinci kısımda; çalışma koşulları, mevcut işyerinde ergonomik faktörlerin olup olmadığının saptanması ve üçüncü kısımda; ergonomik açıdan beklentileri saptamaya yönelik sorular yer almaktadır. Çalışanların kurum farkı olmaksızın en büyük rahatsızlık duydukları husus 4,4923 ortalama ile işyerinde baskı ortamının varlığıdır. Bunun haricinde 4,6115 ortalama ile çalışanlar yeterli donanıma sahip olduklarını düşünmektedir. According to the 2013 TUIK data, women labor rate is relatively low from total labor rate. In this study, the place of women in business life, their ergonomic situations and expectations in work life are scrutinized. The main objective of this study is to determine whether women employees are satisfied from their workplace environment and what expectations are expected in their workplace. Besides, which topics are mostly disturbed for them will be determined in the view of private and public hospital. A survey is applied to 130 different types of chosen work group employees at one private hospital, one public hospital and community clinic. The response of survey is analyzed with SPSS program. The survey consists of 3 parts and 49 questions. Eğitim kurumları ve diğer pek çok kurum COVID-19 pandemisiyle birlikte dijital çalışma ortamına geçmiştir. Bu durumla birlikte, çalışan kişilerin ekranda kalma sürelerinde artış gözlenmiştir. Bu kapsamda kurumların toplantı, eğitim gibi gereksinimlerini uzaktan yürütülebilecek araçlar ve programlar geliştirilmiştir ya da olan bir yazılıma olan talep artmıştır. Kurumların yanı sıra, okul ve üniversiteler eğitimde aksama olmaması ve öğrencilerin eğitimleri konusunda bir problem yaşamamaları için uzaktan eğitim sistemlerine uyum sağlamak durumunda kalmıştır. Salgın döneminde uzaktan çalışma ve eğitim, bireylerin ekran başında geçen süreleri arttırmış ve bireylerin ergonomik açıdan şikâyetlerini arttırmıştır. Bu çalışmada, ekran başında geçirilen sürenin ve uzaktan eğitim sistemlerin ergonomik açıdan etkilerini incelemek amacıyla 45 akademik personelden anket yöntemiyle veriler toplanmıştır. Elde edilen veriler yardımıyla, kullanılan uzaktan eğitim sistemlerinin bilişsel ergonomi açısından değerlendirilmesi bu çalışmanın temelini oluşturmaktadır.
