The Small and Medium Enterprises is the main pillar the people's economy. SME investment decisions related to how entrepreneurs place their funds is a very determining factor in company performance. The purpose of this study is to analyze and explain: 1) The influence of risk attitudes on company performance through decisions on the placement of working capital funds for small and medium enterprises (SMEs), 2) The effect of risk attitudes on company performance in SMEs 3) the effect of working capital fund placement decisions on the performance of SMEs. The study population was all garment, weaving, carving and batik SMEs in Jepara. The sampling technique is non-probability sampling, using assessment sampling. This study found that overconfidence behavior and risk attitude have a significant influence on investment decision making. Mental accounting doesn’t have a significant influence on investment decision making. The more investors are willing to face risks and the higher the overconfidence will increase investment decisions. The number of investors who are risk seekers in the capital market is a natural thing because stock investment is included in the high-risk investment category. Mental accounting can not influence the investment decision making.
The purpose of this study is to determine job satisfaction, work stress, and work environment on turnover intention at PT. Prima Sejati Sejahtera 3 to the operator level employees. High employee turnover rates result in organizations are becoming ineffective, losing experienced employees and needing to train new employees. High job satisfaction and a good work environment will affect the decrease in turnover intention, while high work stress will affect the increase in turnover intention. The variables used in this study include the independent variables of job satisfaction, work stress and work environment, while the dependent variable is turnover intention. The population in this study was the employees of PT. Prima Sejati Sejahtera 3. The number of samples used in the study was 60 employees, using the Slovin method. Methods of data collection were using the method of observation and questionnaires. Data analysis used multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS program. Based on the research results, it is known that the multiple linear regression equation Y = 16,328 – 0.496 +0.303 – 0.258. The results of data analysis carried out on the indicators used in this study are all valid and reliable. As the matter of fact for the classical assumption test, the overall data is normally distributed. The results of the t test show that the job satisfaction variable has a negative effect with a significant value of 0.005, the work stress variable has a positive effect with a significant value of 0.021 and the work environment variable has a negative effect with a significant value of 0.148. F test results show that all variables have a simultaneous effect or together with a significant value of 0.016. The result of the coefficient of determination test is 40.9%. This study concludes that there is a significant negative effect on job satisfaction and there is a significant positive effect of work stress and the work environment and an insignificant negative effect on employee turnover intention at PT. Prima Sejati Sejahtera 3. Suggestions for companies should provide additional incentives for employees, placing employees according to their expertise, add cleaning staff. The purpose of this study was to find out Compensation, Competence, Work Discipline either partially or simultaneously on the performance of nurses at RSI Sultan Agung Semarang. The research method used multiple regression analysis, this study at RSI Sultan Agung Semarang. The results showed that Compensation had a significant positive effect on the performance of RSI Sultan Agung Semarang Employees. Competence also had a significant positive effect on the performance of employees of RSI Sultan Agung Semarang, Work Discipline had a significant positive effect on Employee Performance of RSI Sultan Agung Semarang.
Belum adanya standar dalam mengelola Limbah dan standar pembuatan pupuk organik cair (POC) menjadi permasalahan yang belum terpecahkan bagi para petani bunga di kawasan Wisata Kopeng. Adanya standar tersebut akan berdampak pada efisiensi biaya produksi pupuk. Lokasi pendampingan berada di Kawasan Wisata bunga Kopeng, Kabupaten Semarang. Pendampingan ini dilaksanakan karena pengetahuan yang kurang dalam pemanfaatan limbah rumah tangga dan kurangnya pengetahuan dalam mengatur biaya produksi agar efisiens bagi para petani bunga Kopeng. Hal inilah yang menjadi pertimbangan untuk melakukan kegiatan tersebut. Beberapa Petani bunga di Kawasan ini tidak melakukan upaya penanganan saat membuang limbah rumah tangga. Tujuan yang ingin dicapai dari kegiatan pendampingan pembuatan pupuk organik (POC) dari limbah organik yang dihasilkan oleh rumah tangga adalah memberikan informasi pengetahuan serta menumbuhkan kesadaran masyarakat terhadap pentingnya pengolahan limbah secara efisien, sehingga para Petani bunga tidak sembarangan menumpuk sampah-sampah organik yang nantinya akan menimbulkan aroma tidak sedap sehingga mengundang penyebaran bibit penyakit. Selain itu adanya pengolahan limbah yang baik dapat menjadikan efisiensi pada biaya produksi yang pada akhirnya akan memberikan laba/ pendapatan yang optimal bagi para petani bunga di Kawasan Kopeng. Metode yang diterapkan dalam kegiatan ini adalah menyajikan materi kemudian melakukan Presentasi pada peserta pelatihan. Pendampingan masyarakat ini berhasil menumbuhkan kesadaran para petani akan pentingnya hidup sehat dan kreatif, memotivasi para petani agar tidak mendekati pestisida dan pupuk kimia dan beralih kepada pupuk organik cair (POC), serta melatih para peserta untuk belajar mengatur biaya produksi agar lebih efisien karena akan berdampak pada pendapatan/ laba yang akan mereka peroleh.
The development of transformational research publications on employee performance has gradually increased, and consistently increasing trend. Therefore, this study aims to analyze the scientific literature published in the field of transformational leadership research. Scopus database is used for collect literature on the field of transformational leadership based on keyword searches‟ results, and the study completed 203 valid journals for further analysis. Author then using the VOS viewer for data visualization purposes. The results show an increase literature on transformational leadership from 2016 to 2022. Various studies have been conducted on transformational leadership involving multi-author collaboration.
