Purpose of the study: The research aims to increase students' activity and learning outcomes in Class X in Senior high school 10 Kota Jambi. Methodology: The research method used is mixed. This research is a Classroom Action Research carried out in three cycles. Retrieval of qualitative data using student activity observation sheets and teacher activity during the teaching and learning process. Retrieval of quantitative data in the form of objective tests held at the end of each learning cycle. Main findings: From the results of the study, it showed that there was an increase in learning outcomes for each cycle, namely, 59.53 for the cycle I to 69.38 for cycle II and 75.48 for cycle III. While increasing the average percentage of student activity. In cycle I was 47.24%, the average percentage of student activity increased to 60.17% in cycle II, and experienced another increase in cycle III to 70.87%. Novelty/Originality of this study: That research using the two stay two stray learning model to improve learning outcomes is very little done in high schools, mostly the application of the two stay two stray model is applied in elementary schools
The learning model is one of the most important things in the learning and learning process. A good learning model will make students more enthusiastic in learning because the model is interesting and effective. The purpose of this study was to analyze the comparison of learning models of problem based learning and problem solving models with student problem solving on cube and block material on the skill process in elementary schools. The method used in this study is a quantitative method with a comparative type. The population of this study was 72 students from two schools, included 40 women and 32 men as students, were the subjects studied. The instruments used are student process skills observation sheets and learning questionnaire models. Data collection techniques used in this study were questionnaires and observation sheets. The data analysis technique used is purposive sampling. The results of the description can be said that based on the T test it can be said that the problem-solving learning model is superior to the problem-based learning model. From the results of the T test for the learning model of students' science process skills, it can be seen that there are differences in the learning model.
Fisika adalah ilmu yang bertujuan mendidik siswa agar dapat berpikir secara kritis, logis, memiliki sifat obyektif, dan disiplin dalam menyelesaikan berbagai permasalahan kehidupan sehari-hari sehingga fisika perlu dipelajari dan diaplikasikan (Purwanto et al., 2016). Dalam jenjang SMA, Fisika merupakan salah satu mata pelajaran wajib dalam kegiatan pembelajaran namun fisika dikategorikan sebagai mata pelajaran yang kurang disukai oleh banyak siswa (Astalini et al., 2019), selain itu siswa juga harus memahami dan menguasai berbagai rumus dalam Jurnal PhiABSTRAK. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan karakter rasa ingin tahu terhadap minat belajar fisika. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini ialah mix method . Instrumen yang digunakan berupa angket, wawancara dan observasi. Total keseluruhan siswa dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 60 siswa. Dimana 30 siswa berasal dari kelas X MIPA 3 dan sisanya berasal dari kelas X MIPA 4. Dari hasil analisis yang diperoleh dapat disimpulkan karakter rasa ingin tahu siswa di kelas X MIPA 3 dan X MIPA 4 tergolong baik. Hasil yang diperoleh dari penelitian ini yaitu, terdapat hubungan antara karakter rasa ingin tahu yang dimiliki oleh siswa dengan minat belajar fisika. Hubungan ini dapat dilihat pada uji korelasi dimana nilai pada pearson correlation adalah 0,006 < 0,05, sehingga Ha diterima dan Ho ditolak dinyatakan terdapat hubungan atau korelasi antara karakter rasa ingin tahu dengan minat belajar fisika siswa
The purpose of this research is to find out students’ opinion about e-module ordinary differential equations that will be developed. This type of research is a mixed method with the purposive sampling technique. The samples were 50 students of Universitas Jambi majoring physics education a regular class A and regular class B 2020 who took the mathematical physics II course. The data were collected through interviews and questionnaires, then analyzed using descriptive statistics for the questionnaires and Miles and Huberman’s analysis for the interview results. The findings show that the majority of the students believe the creation of this e-module is a very good idea. This is proven by the results of descriptive statistics, where the average value is 18,0 and is in the required category. The quantitative findings are strengthened by the qualitative ones from interview, which show that the majority of respondents support the creation of this e-module. The results indicate that the students require additional learning resources to fully comprehend the lessons in the Mathematical Physics II e-module. Students can learn independently in mathematical physics course by using e-modules. The future studies on mathematical physics e-modules can use this study as a guide.
Peace-loving character plays an important role in helping children develop a superior personality. E-modules can draw students' attention and making learning enjoyable. This can helping children in develop a superior personality. The purpose of this study was to analyse the use of the Tarompa e-module on students' peace-loving characters and to find out whether there is influence and comparison in the use of the e-module with peace-loving characters in elementary schools. This study used quantitative research by comparing 4 schools with a total of 68 students. This study is use questionnaire instrument. The data analysis technique used is descriptive statistical test and inferential test in the form of assumption and hypothesis testing.The results of this study are that there is a comparison and there is an effect of using the tarompa e-module on the peace-loving character of elementary students. The results of this study can be used as teaching resources to help students learn about the variety of Tarompa local wisdom. The research recommendation is to use an electronic module based on Tarompa local wisdom which can be used to teach other characters.
