Kelapa Island is synonymous with marine conservation, which greatly benefits the monitoring of marine resources. In addition, marine conservation areas also have the potential for developing educational tours to instill awareness among tourists about biodiversity conservation and marine ecosystem maintenance. This service aims to increase the capacity and ability of the Kelapa Island tourism driving community in conservation tourism based on conservation education. The resulting empowerment model is in the form of creative works through tested experiments, such as using several materials for making and designing the shape of a coral reef stand. The method used in this activity is qualitative in the form of observation to interviews. The number of participants in this activity was forty members of Komporasi (tourism driving community), namely business associations such as travel agencies, homestays, dance, culinary businesses and souvenir businesses. The results of this activity show that Komparasi gains new knowledge about the concept of conservation tourism based on conservation education through innovation and creativity by each member and becomes a provision in educating tourists. This activity is expected to strengthen the role of the Kelapa Island community in maintaining the conservation environment.
