The user's feedback on healthcare services is usually based on ratings from post-service questionnaires. However, in order to get a clear view of the user's perspective, online text reviews need to be analyzed. We combined targeted and aspect-based sentiment analysis by multi-level attention to get a specific user sentiment on a target of an aspect. The multi-level attention consists of Target-level and Sentence-level attention. Our proposed framework is based on Bidirectional Gated Recurrent Unit. Bi-GRU is commonly known to have comparable results compared to LSTM while having lesser computational complexity. We also utilized Bidirectional LSTM based Character-Enhanced Token-Embedding to handle out of vocabulary words and misspelling to avoid error in detecting sentiment. We created a dataset of online healthcare reviews from 2018-2020, targeting the name of the hospital or department, with ten aspects: cleanliness, cost, doctor, food, nurse, parking, receptionist and billing, safety, test and examination, and waiting time. To improve the results of our proposed method, we calculated polarity weight to handle imbalanced aspects in the dataset. We classified these reviews into three polarities, which are positive, negative, and neutral. Based on our experiments, we achieved the best F1-Score of 88%.
Objective: Pregnancy in advanced maternal age (AMA) was classified as high risk. The study aims to provide a better description of pregnancy outcome in AMA. Method: The cross sectional study was to review the demography, medical and obstetrics problems, mode of delivery, maternal and fetal outcome in Tangerang General Hospital as a referral center in Banten. The data were taken from medical records of 35-year-old and above women age who delivered on the period of January to December 2014. Result: The total number of delivery and live birth was 6,107 and 5,926 respectively, including 1,548 (25.36%) pregnancies in AMA. The prevalence of grandmultiparities was 11.4%. The average education level was mostly elementary. The prevalence of hypertension in pregnancy was 34.6%. There was increasing trend of miscarriages from 10.8% in 35-40-year-old group to 25% in above 45- year-old group. Pregnancy complications were higher consisting of 3.2% multifetal, 16.6% malpresentation, and 7.1% placenta previa. Cesarean section rate was 33.6%. Maternal near-missed cases were 56 of 1000 and the maternal mortality rate (MMR) was 932 of 100,000 live births. The prevalence of stillbirth and perinatal mortality were 5.3% and 12.9%; respectively. Conclusion: Adverse maternal and fetal outcome were higher in AMA as it takes special attention and multidiscipline-approached care started from preconception, antenatal, preparation of delivery, and also postpartum care. Keywords: advanced maternal age (AMA), fetal outcome, maternal outcome, pregnancy

Background: Football is body movement that need energy balanced for maintaining optimum cardiorespiratory endurance. Macronutrient and micronutrient are the most nutrient needed to produce energy so that athletes have maximal performance in each sport activity. Athlete’s menu must be consist of 60-70% carbohydrate and 20-25% fat of total energy. Objective: To find out the correlation between the pattern of carbohydrate and fat intake with cardiorespiratory endurance of football athletes of PS Semen Padang in the top division of PSSI Liga Bank Mandiri in 2003.Method: This research was observational with cross sectional design. The subjects were football athletes of PS Semen Padang in the top division of PSSI Liga Bank Mandiri in 2003. Variables consisted of the pattern of carbohydrate and fat intake, and cardiorespiratory endurance. Data were analysed using univariate, bivariate, and multivariate analysis. Results: There were no significant correlation between carbohydrate (p=0.751) and fat (p=0.297) intake with cardio- respiratory endurance, while BMI (p=0.034), triglyceride (p=0.044) and body fat (p=0.007) had significant correlation with cardiorspiratory endurance. The most influential variable to cardiorespiratory endurance was body fat (OR=12.00).Conclusion: There were significant correlation between BMI, triglyceride, and body fat with cardiorespiratory endurance of football athletes of PS Semen Padang in the top division of PSSI Liga Bank Mandiri in 2003, but there was no correlation between pattern of carbohydrate and fat intake with cardiorespiratory endurance.
Emotions are very supportive in the life of every individual, whether they are positive emotions or negative emotions. The importance of individuals managing emotions in life because someone who is emotionally capable will be able to know and handle their own feelings well, the ability to manage emotions is communicated precisely one of them through art therapy. This activity provides (WPKNS) insights, knowledge, skills, values, and attitudes possessed by BK SMPN 163 Jakarta teachers and UNINDRA UPBK Students in providing useful services to clients.
