Apresenta-se revisão de literatura, com fundamentos dialéticos entre a psicologia histórico-cultural e a psicanálise, com o objetivo de refletir a potencialidade dos Role-playing games (RPG) digitais como instrumento de ensino-aprendizagem com adolescentes em contexto escolar. Embasa-se em uma concepção sociointeracionista de educação, pensada a partir dos postulados vygotskyanos e da psicanálise, para: expor as origens e a jogabilidade dos RPG, também em sua condição digital, e defender a utilização desses jogos como instrumentos pedagógicos que permitem a internalização (Vygotsky) de conteúdos escolares, considerando a identificação (Lacan) engendrada pelo desejo na construção de tais conteúdos.
A pesquisa analisará decisões do STF (Supremo Tribunal Federal) em direito à saúde com o objetivo de identificar se a troca comunicacional materializada na citada Corte - entre os sistemas político e jurídico - deu-se no sentido de respeitar ao mesmo tempo a operação fechada e a cognição aberta da política e do direito. O texto utilizou para a pesquisa de fontes bibliográficas e documentais. A pesquisa adota como premissa epistemológica a teoria dos sistemas da lavra de Niklas Luhmann. As fontes bibliográficas serão coletadas em fontes diretas e indiretas – diretas as de autoria do próprio Luhmann e as indiretas de seus comentadores. Como fontes documentais, refere-se às decisões do Supremo Tribunal Federal (STF) em direito à saúde.
Contextualização do tema: O presente artigo aborda os indícios de um direito símbólico ao meio ambiente ecologicamente equilibrado e os problemas estruturais da modernidade periférica.
Objetivo: Analisar se o direito ao meio ambiente ecologicamente equilibrado apresenta efeitos simbólicos no sistema jurídico brasileiro. Para tanto, o problema de pesquisa de que se parte é: como é possível a relação entre exclusão social e efetividade do direito constitucional ao meio ambiente ecologicamente equilibrado?
Metodologia: O método científico utilizado foi o da análise funcionado, juntamente com as técnicas de pesquisa de revisão de literatura, pesquisa documental, análise de caso qualitativa, análise de dados e categorias e conceitos operacionais.
Resultados: Os resultados provisórios observados apontam para uma falta de orientação generalizada das expectativas normativas de acordo com a lei.
O artigo demonstra que o “ativismo judicial” liderado pelo Supremo Tribunal Federal (STF) brasileiro em direito à saúde tipifica-se como atuação simbólica, daí a judicar muito mais como um álibi social, do que propriamente preocupado na promoção da universalidade da saúde pública. A pesquisa faz parte de um Projeto de Pesquisa iniciado na Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo (PUC/SP), com período de pesquisa na Universidade de Estudos de Macerata (UNIMC) financiado pela CAPES (Coordenação de Aperfeiçoamento de Pesquisa e Ensino Superior). Adota-se como marco teórico a Teoria do Sistemas desenvolvida por Niklas Luhmann e o simbolismo forjado por Marcelo Neves, a fim de demonstrar a atuação simbólica da Corte.
