AbstractFrom the needs of decreasing costs and increasing competition, the companies initiate the process reorganization of administration and production areas. The process reorganization implies a complete analyses of the workflow and process of the company. But, the most of the projects of process reorganization fails. In this context, the system engineering from the systemic approach, present sistemography to the mapping and process reorganization.
