Background: Social interaction is a social process that occurs in all human life, but the individual's social interaction capabilities including teenagers sometimes decreased due to the situation that can not be faced as never experienced bullying that can provide long-term impact on the victims of bullying. Purpose: To find out the incidence Bullying Relationships With Social Interaction Capability in Kelurahan Kleak, Environment 1 Manado. Method This study used a cross sectional study design, using the chi square statistical test. Samples were taken technique is purposive sampling with a total of 78 adolescents. Results a total of 48 adolescents aged 15-18 years. Based on gender, the respondents were predominantly female teenagers. Chi square test analysis shows that Value = 0.201, which means that the two variables are not significantly related.. The In this study, it is known that adolescents who experience bullying in the high category can still have a level of social interaction ability in the good category. Conclusion: community of nursing services can assist in overcoming psychosocial behavior among adolescents to reduce or avoid the adverse effects of bullying incidents on adolescents social interaction skills.Keywords: Bullying Incident;Social Interaction Ability;Adolescent.
Low health literacy is one of the factors that cause delays in treatment of diabetic foot ulcers that are not a few people who experience leg amputation of diabetic foot ulcers. The purpose of this study was to describe the level of health literacy diabetic foot ulcers patients in the city of Manado. This research method used is descriptive reaserch. Health literacy was measured by using questionnaires diabetic diabetes literacy and numeracy. Samples were included in the study were 60 people who had diabetic foot ulcers, obtained through purposive sampling technique. Data were analyzed using descriptive method and display in a frequency distribution table. The results showed that there 63,3% participant had marginal diabetic literacy and 73,3% participant had low diabetes numeracy. Conclusion, patients who have limited health literacy tend to experience delays in the treatment of diabetic foot ulcers. Therefore, health workers need to know the level of health literacy when communicating with patients.Keywords: Health literacy, diabetic foot ulcers Abstrak: Health literacy yang rendah merupakan salah satu faktor yang menyebabkan keterlambatan penanganan ulkus kaki diabetik sehingga tidak sedikit penderita yang mengalami amputasi kaki. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk melihat gambaran tingkat health literacy pasien ulkus kaki diabetik di Kota Manado. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian deksriptif. Health literacy diukur dengan mengunakan quesioner diabetic literacy dan diabetes numeracy. Sampel yang ikut dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 60 orang yang memiliki ulkus kaki diabetik, diperoleh melalui teknik purposive sampling. Data dianalisis dilakukan dengan cara deskriptif melihat frekuensi data. Hasil peneltian menunjukkan bahwa 63,3% responden memiliki tingkat diabetic literacy marginal dan 73% responden memiliki diabetes numeracy rendah. Kesimpulan, pasien yang memiliki keterbatasan health literacy cenderung mengalami keterlambatan dalam penanganan ulkus kaki diabetik. Oleh sebab itu petugas kesehatan perlu mengetahui tingkat health literacy ketika memberikan edukasi kepada pasien.Kata Kunci: Health literacy, ulkus kaki diabetic
Manajemen keselamatan staf perawat di masa pandemi COVID-19 sangat penting untuk menjaga kesehatan baik fisik maupun mental perawat agar dapat memberikan pelayanan keperawatan dengan maksimal. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk melihat hubungan penerapan manajemen keselamatan staf dengan tingkat stres perawat di ruang perawatan COVID-19. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain deskriptif korelasional menggunakan pendekatan cross-sectional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah semua perawat yang bertugas di ruang perawatan COVID-19. Sampel yang digunakan adalah 137 responden dengan purposive sampling. Kriteria inklusi, perawat yang bertugas selama lebih dari tiga bulan diruang perawatan COVID-19. Pegumpulan data dilakukan menggunakan kuesioner penerapan keselamatan staf dan kuesioner stres menggunakan Depression Anxiety Stress Scale (DAAS) kemudian dianalisis dengan Spearman test. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan penerapan manajemen keselamatan staf memiliki hubungan dengan tingkat stres perawat di ruang perawatan COVID-19 (p=0,042; r=-0,174). Penerapan manajemen keselamatan staf yang baik efektif menurunkan tingkat stres perawat yang bertugas di ruang perawatan COVID-19.
ABSTRAK Hipertensi merupakan penyakit kronis yang membutuhkan pengelolaan yang baik seperti mengontrol tekanan darah secara rutin, patuh minum obat anti hipertensi, dan menerapkan gaya hidup sehat. Agar manajemen perilaku pasien hipertensi dapat optimal, mereka butuh informasi yang tepat dan dukungan dari keluarga, lingkungan sekitar dan petugas kesehatan. Model edukasi PRECEDE-PROCEED merupakan model edukasi yang efektif sebagai bentuk promosi kesehatan karena melibatkan partisipasi masyarakat yang bertujuan untuk mengubah perilaku masyarakat dalam upaya meningkatkan derajat kesehehatan. Tujuan kegiatan ini adalah untuk meningkatkan peran serta kader kesehatan dalam memberikan edukasi model PRECEDE=PROCEED pada pasien hipertensi di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Wenang. Peserta dari kegiatan ini terdiri dari 11 orang kader kesehatan dari Kelurahan Tikala Kumaraka dan Kelurahan Teling Bawah yang termasuk dalam wilayah kerja Puskesmas Wenang. Kegiatan yang dilakukan adalah pelatihan kader kesehatan, pengukuran tekanan darah dan roleplay pemberian edukasi pada pasien hipertensi. Kegiatan ini terlaksana dengan baik dan mendapat respon yang positif dari para peserta dan mitra. Pemerintah Kelurahan Tikala Kumaraka dan Kelurahan Teling Bawah serta Puskesmas Wenang sangat mendukung kegiatan ini dan berharap para kader dapat berpartisipasi aktif untuk memberikan edukasi sehingga dapat mengendalikan dan mengontrol penyakit hipertensi di masyarakat. Kata Kunci: Pemberdayaan kader, hipertensi, PRECEDE-PROCEED ABSTRACT Hypertension is a chronic disease that requires good management such as controlling blood pressure regularly, obediently taking anti-hypertensive drugs, and implementing a healthy lifestyle. In order for the behavior management of hypertensive patients to be optimal, they need the right information and support from family, the surrounding environment and health workers. PRECEDE-PROCEED education model is an effective educational model as a form of health promotion because it involves community participation that aims to change people's behavior in an effort to improve health. The purpose of this activity is to increase the role of village health worker in providing PRECEDE-PROCEED model education in hypertensive patients in the Puskesmas Wenang work area. Participants of this activity consisted of 11 village health worker from Tikala Kumaraka Village and Teling Bawah Village which is the work area of Puskesmas Wenang. Activities carried out are village health worker training, blood pressure measurement and roleplay providing education to hypertensive patients. This activity was carried out well and received a positive response from participants and partners. The Government of Tikala Kumaraka Village and Teling Bawah Village and Puskesmas Wenang strongly support this activity and hope that village health worker can actively participate to provide education so as to control hypertension in the community.
