Öz Mekan konfigürasyonunun analizine odaklanan bu çalışma, "mekansal komşuluk" kavramını öne sürerek bu kavram ışığında mekansal ilişkileri irdelemektedir. Çalışma bu kapsamda mimari kurguda komşuluk eden mekanların bütün içindeki ilişkisel rolünü sorgulamayı ve farklı mekansal komşuluk şekillerinin mekan kurgusuna ve anlamına etkisini tartışmayı hedeflemektedir. Çalışmanın araştırma yöntemi Mekan Dizilimi Analizlerine dayanmakta ve örneklem grubunu farklı dönemlere ait müstakil konut örnekleri oluşturmaktadır. Dizilim analizleri kapsamında derinlik ve entegrasyon değerlerine bakılarak, geçiş modeli analizleri yapılmıştır. Ulaşılan dizilim değerleri yardımıyla farklılaşan mekansal komşuluk ilişkileri tespit edilerek, mekan kurgusuna ve mekanın anlamına etkisi tartışılmıştır. Sonuçlar mekan konfigürasyonu içinde mekansal komşuluk ilişkilerinin değişiminin mekanın kullanımı, anlamı ve bütün içindeki konumuna nasıl etki ettiğini göstermektedir. Abstract This study, which focuses on the analysis of spatial configurations, examines the concept of "spatial neighbourhood". It aims at questioning the relational role of the neighbouring spaces within a whole as well as discussing the effects of different forms of spatial neighbourhood on the layout and meaning of spaces. The method of the study is based on Space Syntax Analysis and the sample group of the analysis consists of single family houses from different periods. For the syntactic analysis, mean depth, integration and justified graph analysis are realized. Using the syntactic values obtained, changes in spatial relations are revealed and the effects of these changes on the structure of spatial neighbourhood and to the meaning of space are discussed. The results of the study reveal the effects of the changings in spatial neighbouring relations in the spatial configuration in the use, the meaning and the position of space within a whole.

Bu çalışmada Avrupa Birliği'ne üye, üyeliğe aday ve adaylığı resmen kabul edilmiş ülkelerin internet kullanımlarının göreli etkinlik skorlarını ölçmeyi amaçlayan doğrusal programlama tabanlı Veri Zarflama Analizi'ne Simar ve Wilson yaklaşımı kullanılarak ülkelerin internet kullanım etkinliği tahminleri elde edilmiştir.
Government–stakeholder interaction has been transformed due to some developments, putting stakeholders into a proactive role. However, there are barriers before this transformation, like an administrative burden. This burden's volume and relative weight could have increased in particular periods, like the pandemic. In this context, college students faced many difficulties, and uncertainties prevailed. This article focuses on a new administrative burden on undergraduate students in a particular country. This study aims to examine the administrative burden brought by the measures taken during the pandemic period on students by focusing on the psychological dimensions based on gender. At the end of the research, as expected, the authors saw that both female and male students underwent a psychological based administrative burden. Yet, since the imposition of gender inequality, female students have had a more significant workload due to studying at home, so they were affected more negatively throughout this process.
In line with the strategic management approach which was developed in the light of changes in production and markets, there is an emphasis in the literature of this field that companies need to be well managed in order to survive, to benefit from strategic management, and to have a sustainable competitive advantage. This study aimed to adapt and apply a scale of innovation and outsourcing. While adapting the scale, in addition to the data from the qualitative research, three different scales were used in the selection. We arranged a questionnaire and created new questions. The questionnaire consists of eight chapters: the characteristics of companies, outsourcing, supplier relations, suppliers' satisfaction level, innovation process, innovations in the last five years, and outsourcing-innovation. We collected the data from companies in Turkey, which are on the Fortune 500 list. We analyzed the data with SPSS 23 and AMOS 20. As a result of exploratory and confirmatory factor analyses, the outsourcing scale was composed of 3 dimensions and 20 items. While the innovation scale consisted of 12 items in one dimension. The reliability coefficient of the outsourcing scale is 0.912, and the innovation scale is 0.911. The low number of items facilitates its applicability.
