In this study, MAPbBr3 single crystal (MSC) p‐n perovskite homojunction photodiode and n‐p‐n phototriode are successfully fabricated through controlled incorporation of Bi3+ ions in solution. Optoelectronic analysis reveals that the photodiode shows typical photovoltaic behavior and the best photovoltaic performance can be achieved when the n‐type MSC is grown in 0.3% Bi3+ feed solution. The as‐assembled p‐n MSC photovoltaic detector displays obvious sensitivity to 520 nm illumination, with a high responsivity of up to 0.62 A W‐1 and a specific detectivity of 2.16 × 1012 Jones, which surpass many those of MSC photodetectors previously reported. Further performance optimization can be realized by constructing an n‐p‐n phototriode using the same growth method. The photocurrent magnification rate of the as‐fabricated n‐p‐n phototriode can reach a maximum value of 2.9 × 103. Meanwhile, a higher responsivity of 14.47 A W‐1, specific detectivity of 4.67 × 1013 Jones, and an external quantum efficiency of up to 3.46 × 103 are achieved under an emitter–collector bias of 8 V. These results confirm that the present p‐n and n‐p‐n MSC homojunctions are promising device configurations, which may find potential application in future optoelectronic devices and systems.
BackgroundInfluenza epidemics pose significant social and economic challenges in China. Internet search query data have been identified as a valuable source for the detection of emerging influenza epidemics. However, the selection of the search queries and the adoption of prediction methods are crucial challenges when it comes to improving predictions. The purpose of this study was to explore the application of the Support Vector Machine (SVM) regression model in merging search engine query data and traditional influenza data.MethodsThe official monthly reported number of influenza cases in Liaoning province in China was acquired from the China National Scientific Data Center for Public Health from January 2011 to December 2015. Based on Baidu Index, a publicly available search engine database, search queries potentially related to influenza over the corresponding period were identified. An SVM regression model was built to be used for predictions, and the choice of three parameters (C, γ, ε) in the SVM regression model was determined by leave-one-out cross-validation (LOOCV) during the model construction process. The model’s performance was evaluated by the evaluation metrics including Root Mean Square Error, Root Mean Square Percentage Error and Mean Absolute Percentage Error.ResultsIn total, 17 search queries related to influenza were generated through the initial query selection approach and were adopted to construct the SVM regression model, including nine queries in the same month, three queries at a lag of one month, one query at a lag of two months and four queries at a lag of three months. The SVM model performed well when with the parameters (C = 2, γ = 0.005, ɛ = 0.0001), based on the ensemble data integrating the influenza surveillance data and Baidu search query data.ConclusionsThe results demonstrated the feasibility of using internet search engine query data as the complementary data source for influenza surveillance and the efficiency of SVM regression model in tracking the influenza epidemics in Liaoning.
Semi-floating ring bearing(SFRB) is developed to control the vibration of turbocharger rotor. The outer clearance of SFRB affects the magnitude and frequency of nonlinear whirl motion, which is significant for the design of turbocharger. In order to explore the effects of outer clearance, a transient finite element analysis program for rotor and oil film bearing is built and validated by a published experimental case. The nonlinear dynamic behaviors of rotor-SFRB system are simulated. According to the simulation results, two representative subsynchronous oscillations excited by the two bearings respectively are discovered. As the outer clearance of SFRB increases from 24 μm to 60 μm, the low-frequency subsynchronous oscillation experiences three steps, including a strong start, a gradual recession and a combination with the other one. At the same time, the high-frequency subsynchronous oscillation starts to appear gradually, then strengthens, and finally combines. If gravity and unbalance are neglected, the combination will start starts from high rotor speed and extents to low rotor speed, just like a "zipper". It is found from the quantitative analysis that when the outer clearance increases, the vibration amplitude experiences large value firstly, then reduction, and suddenly increasing after combination. A useful design principle of SFRB outer clearance for minimum vibration amplitude is proposed: the outer clearance value should be chosen to keep the frequency of two subsynchronous oscillations clearly separated and their amplitudes close.
