A Mobilidade tem sido revisitada em anos recentes, associada aos temas espaço, tempo, território e lugar, mas poucas vezes envolvendo o Turismo, mais diretamente. Analisar o Turismo sob o viés da Mobilidade amplia seu escopo teórico, entre outros ao permitir acrescentar a ele os conceitos imobilidade e a-mobilidade. Nesses termos, o presente artigo objetiva discutir as relações entre Turismo e a tríade Mobilidade, Imobilidade e A-mobilidade, revista tendo como pano de fundo a Pandemia da COVID-19 e as questões do isolamento social a ela associadas. Para tal introduz o conceito A-mobilidade, recorrendo a figura do panóptico como metáfora. Os procedimentos de investigação retomam revisão realizadas em bases de dados, em junho último, utilizando os termos <Turismo>, <Tourism>, <Coronavirus> e <Covid-19>, quando foi constatada a ausência da questão mobilidade, no corpus resultante da revisão inicial. No presente momento, retoma-se a questão conceito mobilidade. Encaminha-se que durante a Pandemia e no seu após imediato registrou-se uma crise da e na mobilidade, afetando de modo dramático as práticas turísticas. A crise insinua que os deslocamentos ganharão nova forma e conteúdo no futuro próximo, sem abandonarem a mobilidade.
em outubro de 2019, faz parte de um projeto de entrevistas com os professores do Programa de Pós-Graduação em Turismo e Hospitalidade. Susana Gastal tem trabalhado na área do Turismo desde os anos 1970, tanto no poder público, quanto na academia. Os seus estudos hoje estão centralizados na perspectiva Pós-Moderna do Turismo, incluindo a Cidade e a Cultura como focos de análise e baseando-se na semiótica como metodologia de pesquisa.
O estudo do Turismo ganha status acadêmico considerando-o como prática social e ciência inter e transdisciplinar que permite diálogos, entre outros, com os estudos geográficos. Tais aproximações levam a maior entendimento do mesmo, especialmente nas suas tensões decorrentes da estrutura econômica-capitalista que, desde o século XIX, se apropria das práticas e imaginários associados às viagens. Nesses termos, o presente artigo segue estrutura teórico ensaística apoiada em revisão de literatura, propondo repensar o Turismo e, mais especificamente, o overtourism e a turismofobia, a partir da Geografia. Apoia-se para tal em Rogério Haesbaert e seu texto no livro “O mito da desterritorialização: do ‘fim dos territórios’ à multiterritorialidade”, ali buscando as teorizações do autor no que refere à questões associadas ao território. Reforçam-se as fortes interfaces do Turismo com o[s] território[s] e encaminha-se que o overtourism e a turismofobia, mesmo que ainda não com esta denominação, já chamavam atenção acadêmica desde os anos 1960, em paralelo à expansão do dito Turismo de massa e a apropriação neocolonial dos territórios para fins turísticos, primeiramente na própria Europa para a seguir buscar territórios turistificáveis na periferia do capitalismo central, como América Latina e África.
Localizado no sul do Brasil, o município de Antônio Prado teve seu momento inicial na última década do século XX, marcado pela presença de imigrantes da Península Itálica, de onde trouxeram, entre outros, hábitos alimentares. Assim, o objetivo deste artigo é o de descrever as práticas alimentares locais tradicionais e as inovações introduzidas em diferentes contextos históricos, entre outros, no de sua adesão ao turismo. Metodologicamente associada à História Oral, os dados da pesquisa foram coletados em entrevistas semiestruturadas, pesquisa documental e observação realizada na festa 35º Noite Italiana. Durante o processo analítico, os dados foram listados em indicadores associados à Inovação e Diversidade Cultural, dois princípios da economia criativa brasileira. Conclui-se que a comida hoje apresentada ao turista como "italiana", resulta de um imaginário de italianidade associado as identidades locais, que atualizam o que, em outro momento histórico, foi o alimento diário de Antônio Prado.
