This article aims to identify, in the scientific literature, how psychological prenatal care helps during pregnancy and postpartum, verifying the benefits it proposes, aiming at reducing postpartum depression in postpartum mothers. This is a narrative-type literature review that included articles from the PEPSIC database. From the methods, 05 (five) articles. In view of the analysis of the chosen texts, it was observed that psychological prenatal care is an important tool for the prevention of postpartum depression, and that it does not nullify the risk factors for the development of mental disorders, however, it is a great ally, together with protective factors, to reduce possible negative symptoms during pregnancy and the puerperium.
As Doenças Crônicas Degenerativas continuam sendo um importante problema de saúde pública em todo o mundo, causando alta mortalidade e morbidade. Frente ao exposto, a realização desta pesquisa, justifica-se pela sua relevância acadêmica, científica e social, tendo como intuito crucial, investigar e apresentar atualizações científicas referentes ao principal desfecho do tema em questão. Obejtiva-se evidenciar os fatores predisponentes para as doenças crônico-degenerativas, apresentando as principais complicações. Trata-se de um estudo de revisão sistemática, realizado mediante um levantamento de dados nas bases científicas: LILACS, SCIELO e MEDLINE. Mediante análise da literatura, foram elencados as principais evidências para a presente discussão. Assim, evidenciou-se na literatura alguns fatores de riscos predisponentes para as doenças crônicas degenerativas, podendo ser classificado como modificáveis ou não modificáveis. As orientações aqui apresentadas servem de base para contribuir com o desenvolvimento de intervenções de prevenção, promoção, tratamento e reabilitação para orientar a organização, planejamento e melhoria da qualidade das intervenções.
