Neste artigo apresentamos o processo de produção de recursos educacionais do Napead - Núcleo de Produção Multimídia da UFRGS, vinculado à Sead (Secretaria de Educação a Distância) da UFRGS – Universidade Federal do Rio Grande do Sul, descrevendo as modalidades de serviços oferecidas, e como solicitá-las. Este relato serve como ponto de partida para contrastarmos a forma como gerenciamos nosso processo de produção com a que é relatada na literatura acadêmica, em especial a relacionada a vídeos e programas educacionais. Para atender a (crescente) demanda pelos nossos serviços, tivemos que encontrar uma forma de equacionar prazos e qualidade – e envolver professores e bolsistas em equipes interdisciplinares exigiria muito tempo de todas as partes. Também se considera que a diferença entre a experiência que temos e o que é relatado pela literatura deve-se ao fato de sermos um estúdio de produção, e não uma equipe envolvida com um projeto de pesquisa ou extensão – o que facilita o compartilhamento dos saberes pela equipe. Assumindo esta premissa, fica explicada a diferença entre as formas de produzir indicadas nos artigos consultados e a que estamos adotando atualmente.
Este artigo apresenta resultados de uma pesquisa desenvolvida no âmbito de um mestrado acadêmico, a partir da observação e inserção do pesquisador nas aulas de uma disciplina de História da Física e Epistemologia (HFE), na licenciatura em Física de uma universidade pública do sul do Brasil. A disciplina discute a natureza da ciência (NdC) articulada com a história da Física/Ciência (HC). O objetivo deste trabalho foi investigar o papel de microepisódios de ensino, que são microaulas que agregam elementos da NdC, realizados no final da disciplina, visando instrumentalizar os licenciandos a levarem esse debate para a Educação Básica. A investigação se insere em uma linha cuja tese vertebradora é de que a NdC pode contribuir para a melhoria da aprendizagem da Física e para a promoção de uma educação científica reflexiva e cidadã. O referencial epistemológico e metodológico de Bruno Latour (2012) ofereceu suporte à construção de um “relato de risco” em que foram valorizadas as narrativas pessoais dos sujeitos de pesquisa buscando identificar os desafios que a integração da HFE ao ensino de Física vai colocando ao longo da formação inicial; cada elemento identificado foi tomado como “nó” de uma rede complexa – noção de ator-rede – que, ao ser rastreada, revela diferentes percepções e associações que fornecem indícios para uma melhor compreensão do porquê a NdC ainda não chega de forma explícita na educação científica.
