Penelitian bertujuan untuk memahami konsep dasar filsafat pada kesehatan olahraga. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah menggunakan metode studi literatur. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan studi daftar pustakan yang berasal dari penelitian-penelitian sebelumnya berupa buku, jurnal, artikel di internet, dan referensi kajian filsafat serta kesehatan olahraga. Hasil penelitian studi literature menunjukkan bahwa manfaat mengenai pertimbangan berdasarkan landasan dan teori-teori yang telah dikemukakan bahwa melalui pandangan untuk kesehatan olahraga. Berfilsafat karena mereka diberkahi dengan akal dan pikiran untuk mencari kehidupan, bertahan hidup dan mencari. Mencari penjelasan melalui jiwa tubuh dan olahraga dan aktivitas fisik yang dirancang untuk meningkatkan kesehatan. Jika seseorang berlatih untuk meningkatkan kesehatannya. Bahwa olahraga diperlukan untuk pemeliharaan kesehatan orang dewasa. Anak-anak dan remaja membutuhkan aktivitas otot besar untuk perkembangan fisik, sedangkan orang dewasa membutuhkannya untuk pemeliharaan kesehatan. Sementara kesehatan diperlukan untuk kualitas hidup yang baik, itu tidak cukup. Kenikmatan, kenyamanan dan kebahagiaan itu penting.
This study aims to determine the effect of playing playdough on fine motor improvement in early childhood. This type of research is an experiment with desaian one group pre test and post test. The population in this study was 38 children from Yogyakarta National Kindergarten. The sample in this study was 10 people taken using purposive sampling techniques. The instruments used are to measure fine motor using (1) pattern thickening test, (2) coloring test, (3) memola test (4) cutting test, (5) bead meronce test with string thread. The data analysis technique used is the paired sample t-test. The results showed that there was a significant influence of playing playdough on the improvement of early childhood fine motor from the initial test and the final test there was an increase with a difference of 3.09 kg m / sec, namely from an average score of 9.3 in the pre-test to 15.1 in the post test, and strengthened by the results of the t test using a paired sample t-test with a t value of -7.127 and a p significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. The conclusion in this study is that there is a significant influence of playing playdough on the improvement of fine motor skills in early childhood, Yogyakarta National Kindergarten.
Now many teenage children have participated in pig hunting activities in Nagari Anduring District 2X11 Kayutanam. Such teenage children are highly motivated towards hunting pigs. The high motivation of adolescent children towards pig hunting lacks the support of adult pig-hunting participants. This study describes the motor activities of adolescents, pig hunting recreational activities for adolescents, adolescent social activities in pig hunting, and motivation of adolescents to participate in pig hunting. This research uses a qualitative approach, the data collection methods used are observation, interviews, and documentation. The sampling technique uses total sampling. The population in this study was all adolescent children and participants who participated in pig hunting in Nagari Anduriang, District 2X11 Kayutanam, Padang Pariaman Regency, which consisted of 15 adolescent children and 25 adults. The data collection of this study was obtained using observation, interviews, and questionnaires. The results showed that the motivations of adolescents to participate in the traditional sport of pig hunting in Nagari Anduring are: 1) Motor activities of adolescents in pig hunting activities. 2) Make pig hunting activities recreational activities for adolescents. 3) Social activities of adolescents in pig hunting activities. 4) Very high motivation of adolescent children in pig hunting activities.
